Working with Zach and his crew at Hinkle Hardscapes was one of the greatest home project experiences we have ever had. Very easy to work with, great communication, and care about the project they were doing for us. We had them upgrade our existing plain concrete patio by expanding its size, layed pavers and they also added in a seating wall with built in fire pit. Pics will come once we get the furniture in place.

I would label our project with Hinkle Hardscapes as "massive." And going in, we were extremely nervous. However, once the team got started, we knew we were in good hands. They were extremely professional, courteous, and reliable. They showed up and left consistently, and cleaned up materials on a daily basis. Our project turned out beautiful and would not hesitate recommending Hinkle Hardscapes to friends and relatives.

Hinkle took our patio idea and made it a dream come true. From start to finish their communication, technology, and team were all first class. We were hesitant to wait a few months while in the project queue, but we were so glad we were patient. The project started and completed on time and exactly at the budget/proposal we were given. No surprises! We have already had neighbors ask who did our patio and now they are starting to dream a little themselves. Spend the money and do it right with high end products and a top level hardscape KC company like Hinkle.

We loved working with Hinkle Hardscapes!!! We knew we wanted a paver patio and from reading reviews, talking with previous clients, and after meeting with Ken Gibson, our designer, to us there was no other choice. Ken designed the paver patio of our dreams complete with an area for our hot tub, BBQ/dining area, gas fire pit complete with stone seating wall and TV docking station as well as a bubble rock. The project started earlier than expected and finished ahead of schedule. Our build team was incredible....on time, hardworking, double checked details with us and kept our yard in impeccable shape. We would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Hinkle to anyone considering adding an outdoor living space.

Hinkle helped turn our boring slab patio into a suburban paradise! We had a general idea of what we wanted and they more than delivered. They were very easy to work with, the crews were wonderful and they finished ahead of schedule with no surprise costs! They kept the area clean while working and always showed up on time! The most painful part of the whole process was waiting for our project to start. It was worth the wait and we are so happy with the finished product!

We had Hinkle Hardscapes install a backyard patio for us. We had several companies come out to give us a bid and they were by far the most professional. Ken wrote up a very detailed design and cost estimate and they were precise in their measurements. We went back and forth on a few things and they were very responsive and professional in dealing with us. My one big complaint was the length of time it took for them to come out once we paid the deposit. Ken had given us an initial estimate of when they would do the job and it turned out to take several weeks longer. I did express my frustration over this and they were responsive and explained the delay and apologized. However, once they were out to do the job, the crew was professional, efficient and worked very hard. They were done in a matter of days. There were a few minor imperfections when the job was done and Zach agreed to come back out and touch everything up so that it was done to our satisfaction. Overall, this is a very professional company and they take pride in the work that they do and will be sure it is done right for you.

We are happy to have chosen Hinkle Hardscapes for our project. We had a paver patio with a firepit & seating walls done along with a downspout buried & a new French drain terminating into our existing one. The crew was hard-working, detail-oriented, respectful, professional, & friendly. Beautiful work, we love it & can't wait to use our patio & firepit! Zach & the crew even took the time at the end of the project to inspect & ensure everything was cleaned up properly. Scott & I will be delighted to work with them again for future projects.

The work crew was very creative to make the final product look great. Jason worked with us on some changes we wanted made and was very good to keep up communication during the project.

KC Lawn & Landscaping was absolutely an excellent company to work with to get our stamped concrete patio and landscaping installed in our backyard! We were originally scheduled to get the work started at the beginning of May but because of all the unusual rain we had in KC this spring/summer they weren't able to get it going until the first part of June. Communication from start to finish was above and beyond. Ken, the landscape designer we worked with, was always quick to respond to every email, phone call or text we sent his way about the plans for the yard. He was very accommodating to what we wanted. He was also great about informing us that the plants we originally picked out were not available and was quick to make suggestions. Once decisions had been made, April, from the office, was always updating via email and phone about the status of when our project would start. When I talked with her over the phone she was always great about letting us know what to expect with installation. The weather definitely made the schedule tricky! The crew that came to the house was always friendly and we barely noticed they were there. Once the job was completed we did have a few things we weren't completely satisfied about, but April and the rest of the team responded immediately to correct the minor issues. They really proved what a great company they were to work with. We will definitely be using them again for future projects and recommending them to everyone we know!

From the initial conversations and folks working with us to design what we wanted, to finishing the actual project, Hinkle has does great work and has great customer service. Absolutely love our new patio. Had a great experience with Hinkle. Well worth the wait. The jobsite was clean and clear every evening and they took great care to limit any damage that might be caused by their heavier equipment. The great care and detail they took to build the fire pit is obvious and appreciated. Can't wait to fully enjoy our new patio next spring and summer.

We had Hinkle demo our existing deck and patio and then pour a new stamped patio and walkway with a large pergola. The Hinkle team did an amazing job from design, demo and to the end product. Moving into a newer home, we had a blank canvas with our backyard. We wanted to add on a patio that would not only be fitting for our young children, but also an area for relaxing and entertaining that would make the open space more our home. We brought Hinkle Hardscapes in to help us with this project and were beyond impressed from the start. Our designer, Ken, jumped right in and created a beautiful patio design. As we moved forward into our project, he was always receptive to our ideas and offered us insight and perspective as we tried to figure out the best option for us. That design then became a reality as the process moved forward to construction. From there, other team players stepped up and brought the design on paper to a work of art right in our backyard. The projects planning team was quick to answer any questions we had and were always in good communication with us. Construction crew came in with an agenda in hand, always very polite, helpful, and careful not to cause any damage to our outdoor space. We were amazed at how quickly they were able to complete the project! The patio has not gone unnoticed by our neighbors and we can vouch that the quality is second to none.

We recently had a large scale backyard project completed by Hinkle Hardscapes. From the initial design and several updates to the drawings for the project Hinkle's team was excellent to work with each step of the way. Our project included a large concrete pour to accommodate a hottub on one level and on another level a large concrete patio with a oversized fire pit. Along side of the patio area was a large deck that steps down to the concrete patio. Based on the backyard slopping I had to deal with, the design Hinkle came up with was about the only way I could best utilize my space. During the construction phase of the project, the workers were very focused on the work. All my questions and concerns were quickly responded to and dealt with on a professional level. The quality of the work was very superior and the several months we had to wait to get our project started was very much worth the wait. I highly recommend Hinkle Hardscapes for anyone else's project, they don't cut corners like some contractors do, and it's true, you do get what you pay for. Hinkle Hardscapes is not the cheapest company out there and I don't think that's what they want to be, but if you want the best and are willing to pay more to get your project done, you can't go wrong with Hinkle Hardscapes.

Our designer, Ken, took our ideas and transformed them into a blue print, and then gave us a clear and concise contract that made us feel secure about the work that would be included in our contract price. Throughout the process we received numerous updates about the timeline of our project and any questions we had were answered in a timely and professional manner. The actual construction was done quickly and professionally. and our stamped concrete patio, seating wall, and gas fire pit are exactly what we wanted thanks to Hinkle!
