Anne M.Terrible. Save yourself a lot of grief and frustration and go anywhere but Slyman. Customer service is the absolute worst. They don't stand behind what they sell (KitchenAid fridge 6 months old needs yet another repair), came damaged inside and out and their 3rd party delivery service (they say it's their own but it's a 3rd party I now have to deal with) damaged my door getting it in. First and last time Slyman customer.

Steve was amazing! He is so knowledgeable about KitchenAid mixers that he practically diagnosed ours via text message description of the sound it made when it stopped working! We drove from St Louis and met him at a public place in Festus early on a Saturday morning. We had breakfast at a local diner, and about the time we finished (less than an hour later), Steve called, ready to meet us and return a perfectly working mixer. I loved that he could plug it in with his portable generator to show us how well it worked. His prices are fair and we are thrilled to have this fixed instead of replacing. 100% recommend this service and Steve's expert work!

Met Steve. While he no longer has a brick/mortar store - he is mobile and has two meeting locations. I met with him at the agreed public location in Festus, MO. We discussed my appliance, he took my KitchenAid to clean and repair while I enjoyed visiting downtown Festus. Approximately one hour later my Kitchen Aid was done and ready. Steve readily showed how my Kitchen Aid was working with the repair (excellent by the way!) and I was on my way. Appreciated him being prompt and working with my schedule.

Kitchenaid mixer repair. CRESTWOOD appliance was quick to respond and schedule a meet up to drop off my mixer. Communication was excellent and the repair was quick and thorough. Would recommend 100%!!!

We bought refrigerator with ice maker in January. Ice maker was not with refrigerator at time of delivery. It took no less than 10 calls and four months for the first Ice maker to come out only to either be wrong or more likely the technician didn't want to install due to it being the end of the day. Another 5 calls and 3 months later we finally got an ice maker. They are the absolute worst. Mistakes happen but their inability to make it right in a timely fashion is inexcusable. Product knowledge and service are miserable. Go elsewhere....anywhere.
