Jason K.No call no show on appointment for bid. Contacted the business over two hours after appointment and was told contractor was busy on lunch and would be by after that. Told them not to bother.

We had a contract to build a carport with this company. They build the driveway but stopped to build the carport and roof. We contacted them several times, but they did not answer the phone and email anymore.

Arada H.Rick gave us a reasonable estimate to fix rotten & woodpecker damaged wood around 2 deck doors, plus replacing a warped plank on the deck and a broken kitchen drawer. He found more damage underneath the threshold of one doorway -- probably shoddy original construction-- so applied his carpentry experience to repair/ replace the parts even though it was not part of the original plans. He even drove home to get additional supplies. He took the time to make it look nice and more importantly prevent future damage. He is very careful in the house and cleans up thoroughly. Very amiable guy. Highly recommend!

Nate O.Adrian was communicative and professional. His crew was very skilled and they did a wonderful job cleaning up. He gave a fantastic quote that beat competitors. I'd highly recommend them for your next tuck-pointing or masonry related project.

A Vargas estimator showed up. He as polite and seem engaged and said he would email a quote. Then I emailed Vargas to request the quote. It never came five days later.

Gena P.Came out and looked at my property and gave me a good bid. Showed up on the day they scheduled despite the rain earlier that morning. The workers showed up on time everyday and I mean they worked. I must say they did an excellent job on my house and I received plenty of compliments on how they cleaned the brick up and how nice the house looks. I would recommend this company to my family and friends. Vargas Masonry and Roofing is really professional and goes over and beyond the call of duty to please its clients.
