Never even scheduled an inspection. Every time they call me, they hang up as soon as I start to speak. Reading the other reviews here, at least it seems I've dodged a major bullet

Today April 11th, 2025 I received a work order claiming the representative came and sprayed at 10:30 am CST and they charged me over $100. I looked at the camera and no one showed up. I called the customer service and they mentioned that they cannot provide any assistance and only the service department can assist. They put me on hold and no one was at the service department to help. They let me know someone will call me.

Please stay far away from Critter Control!! They will bill you and don't show up!!

excellent service for rodents, moles, insects, and birds. Karl and Melinda are exceptional.
