Aptive Pest Control

I wish I could give a lower then a one star. This company has been nothing but a head ache. I highly suggest using someone more reliable. Not once did they ever come when I was home. Because of that my inside never got done. They came out 3 times in the rain making the chemicals clump up and I was on the phone with them throughout the time I was a customer for over 5 hours. They transferred me multiple times every time I called. They know I have animals when all the chemicals clumped up and we're supposed to remove those and never did. They have repeatedly been smart asses on the phone and I have really really kept my composure for what they have put me through. There are so many other companies that are better please look into them. This company is a joke the way its run.

Sounds great if you have pets, want to take the environmentally friendly route, etc. I requested specific areas to address, called and wrote in notes for technician. No response. No direct treatment for the requested pest issue. I signed a year contract that when completed, I called to cancel. Oh no, it's a 34-month contract. I've never heard of a 34-month contract. Why not 36 months? No one knows. Cancel. It's worth taking the $199 hit to cut ties with this business.

SCAM SCAM SCAM - SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND TIME!!!
We never signed a contract or agreed to any services. After one visit for a sales pitch, they kept showing up at our house two more times -- one of those at 7 a.m. -- even after we told them repeatedly that we weren't interested. Then, a month later, we get an "overdue bill" for a service we never scheduled, approved, or received.

This company clearly preys on people and tries to trap them into bogus memberships. Do yourself a favor and read the other reviews before even considering them. They make it nearly impossible to cancel or get them to stop contacting you. Stay far away and save yourself the frustration.
