Poor communication - I was told that 2 people would be coming but 3 of them landed at my doorstep.
Horrible cleaning, wash basin had dust, the shower area was dirty, the glass in showers weren't touched, bath tub had stains. They cleaned bath tub with tissue papers, incredible.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I hired these cleaners for a move out clean of a rental property. Two women showed up and cleaned for supposedly four hours. After returning to the home I found that the glass cook top was not cleaned nor was the refrigerator. I called and explained my findings and was told that they would send another crew out to fix those issues. When the second crew arrived the cleaner told me that they don't clean glass cook tops and don't have the product to do so. If I wanted it to be cleaned I would need to provide the cleaner. (Never was this explained when booking the appointment.) She then examined the fridge and then began bad mouthing the previous cleaning crew and talking down to me as to how things should be cleaned. I was looking to have a home cleaned, not participate in a drama session. So after two cleaning crews, I was forced to finish the job they didn't do. While cleaning the cook top myself, I also discovered that the microwave had never been touched and had to clean it too. I should have saved the money and done it all myself to begin with.

We hired them to clean our house before we moved in. They estimated a 4 hour clean but only stayed 1 hour. I wasn’t home and they took the entire tip I left - $80 (based on a 4 hour clean not one hour!). I could hardly tell they had been there and some things I asked for like wiping down shelves and windowsills were not done. Also we’re told over the phone they could clean the non self cleaning portion of the oven and they didn’t do that. It was very upsetting because our move in date was set - so we couldn’t get the time back to deep clean the place ourselves or find another company before all of our items were moved in the home.

I contacted this company explaining what I needed. The workers lied and said the cleaned the floors and specifically the basement steps and floor twice which was a complete lie. I was offered a $20 reimbursement. Did not clean any appliances, did not move anything off windows in kitchen and clean. Do not recommend. Anytime your workers have to lie when clearly the job was not done it's a red flag the company is trash

Not pleased and will not use again.
I had to tell a couple of the women repeatedly to keep the facemask over their nose, being as none were vaccinated.
When I pointed out things not done always argued with me they had, when the fingerprints and dust made it apparent they did not. Lots of "limp wrist" dusting, unless I was watching. Did not run carpet sweeper until I showed they did not. Did not clean ceiling fans very well; stopped activity just as she was ready to swipe at it with a long pole duster and depositing any loose dust on the kitchen tablecloth and floor just cleaned. Then cleaned in the better way I suggested.
There are more examples, but overall not worth the money charged. Three rather large women appeared and could barely get around the house. One, or no more than two, would have been sufficient to complete this job.
One woman, Tina, did a very good job and did not need watching or asking to go over something not done.

Scrubby Dutch is terrific, but mainly because of its wonderful staff. People like Kim and Debbie make all the difference. They are top notch professionals who are on-time, thorough, friendly and do a wonderful job. It's always a pleasure to see them. Moreover, Ponzi the wonder dog gives them five woofs and waits by the door when I tell him they're on the way. Ponzi says Kim and Debbie are doggone outstanding.

Scrubby Dutch has cleaned my condo several times. They do an AWESOME job and are very concerned about any details I have requested. They are always professional and always on time. They are the model cleaning company...Use them!!

We have never used a cleaning service before and were in need of the service because we can no longer get down on our hands and knees and do the heavy duty cleaning and scrubbing that is necessary. After a recommendation from a neighbor we selected Scruby Dutch and made an appointment for three cleaning professionals for two hours. We want to be certain to state that the three ladies were very professional and very polite. That being said our first area of concern was that the three ladies walked into our home without ringing the doorbell or knocking on the door. Had we been using their service for sometime it would’ve been fine for them to just walk in but this was our first time using them and they did not know what they could be walking into. Fortunately we had already put our dog away as I am not sure how she would’ve reacted with three strangers walking in our front door. Although these ladies did do a good bit of cleaning, It was more surface cleaning then the heavy duty scrubbing and cleaning we requested. We had asked for the baseboards to be scrubbed and instead they were quickly wipe down. We asked for the windows to be wiped down but they missed the windows in the master bedroom and bathroom. In a few rooms the windowsills were missed and even some dead flies in the window track in the guest bedroom had not been vacuumed out. Our shower basin had not been scrubbed and that was definitely one thing we wanted to make sure was clean. The ladies clean very quickly, however, we would have preferred they take the time necessary to do a more thorough job. The whole point of hiring Scrubby Dutch was for them to do the deep cleaning and scrubbing we can no longer accomplish on our own. When we made the appointment we were very clear about the things we want to accomplish and additionally instructed the ladies what we were looking to have done before they started. Finally we were not given the full two hours of cleaning that we paid for. The lady who was also the supervisor (who incidentally was training one of the other ladies to become a supervisor ) put her jacket on and was ready to leave 15 minutes before our time was up.
Between the 10 minutes it took to discuss what we wanted done at the beginning and the 15 minutes they left early a lot of cleaning could have been done. The time it takes to discuss what needs to be done in the beginning and the time it takes to pay for the service at the end should be done on Scrubby Dutch time and not made part of the two hours that we are paying quite a high price for. We were also very surprised that when they were done we were not asked to go through the house with them to make sure we were satisfied with the job that was done . Although the three ladies were very polite and professional at all times I do not plan to use the service again nor would I recommend it to anyone. If you are someone who keeps a very clean house and all thats needed is surface cleaning then Scruby Dutch would be a good match for you! However, if you’re needing deep down on your hands and knees scrubbing and using a bit of elbow grease, I would recommend finding another service other than Scrubby Dutch.

I have been using Scrubby Dutch for years. They cleaned my house in Ferguson for several years and when we moved back to MO and bought a house in Florissant that was 3 times the size of our Ferguson house it was Scrubby Dutch that I called. Always professional, my dog loves them and the do a wonderful job!! Toni, you and you crew do a great job. Thanks DeeDee!!

As far as professional home cleaning services go, I feel that Scrubby Dutch is one of the best around. They don't do everything I want on my list, but the owner scaled the fee back very fairly as a result. Alecia and Whitley come reliably and do a great job.

Eric and Jen cleaned our house yesterday (4/23) since we were in the process of moving to another home. We both work fulltime and have several furry pets so they really had their hands full! Both cleaners were very polite, hard working and went above and beyond.
I will have the back for our new home very soon.

I can't say enough about our regular team who comes into our home every month. Kim and Debbie are amazing. We LOVE them. My 86 year old mom lives with us and Kim and Debbie always go out of their way to chat with her. One time my mom was upset because she couldn't find one of our dogs in the house and Kim called me to help put my mom's mind at ease. I have been using Scrubby Dutch for several years. Never have I had any issues with them. The girls are always prompt, do a super great job cleaning plus have such nice personalities. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I thank them each time for what they do.

My partner, Robert, booked an appointment last week for them to do a post construction cleanup for today on our newly renovated home as we were throwing my 9 year old daughters birthday party at our new house the following day. We booked multiple workers for a minimum 4 hour clean with payment for additional time if needed. They confirmed the appointment and said they would arrive between 10:30 and 11a. Called us the day of (day before the party) at 10:40a and let Robert know they made a mistake and couldn’t come…at all. I am beyond irate! It’s too late to book another cleaning company, there’s drywall dust, sawdust, etc all over the house, and now I have to tell my 9 year old her party will have to be postponed until we can find a location that can hold her and her classmates. We had movers moving furniture in that evening which will also have to be rescheduled. Robert asked if they could please just send anyone to help out and they declined. Terrible company with terrible customer service and planning.

A two person crew was here today and did a really great job on cleaning my apartment. My neighbor mentioned that it even smells clean. I watched as Alecia moved all of my stuff around in order to clean every nook and cranny .

I've been a customer for 15+ years. Scrubby Dutch is reliable and they do a good job consistently. I particularly like that I get the same people most of the time, so I get to know them and they get to know my house. I recommend this service, and I recommend Debbie and Kim!

I had Scrubby Dutch come in and do a deep clean and absolutely loved the work. They were very professional and thorough. I was so happy with it I plan on using them on a regular basis now. This is my 11th year with Scrubby Dutch over two different houses after we left another St Louis County service (who shall remain nameless) and I am always pleased with the thoroughness of the cleaning and the concern they show for the home. If you have a special request, Dede is always willing to accommodate you where possible Keeping them throughout the pandemic has been the best decision as routine is important when everything is WFH. Their work helps me stay focused on my job knowing that they will make the home presentable again in short order.
