I have had Scrubby Dutch cleaners for several years now. They are punctual, thorough, and convivial. I generally get Kim and Debbie, and they will often do little extras if their day is a little slack. While they work, we chat about our families and pets. They have a little routine, but deviate from it when they notice something that needs doing. As a single man, I wouldn't notice anything until the pigs started to root around. But, with Scrubby Dutch visitors often tell me they can't imagine an older single man keeping an apartment so clean and neat.

We hired Scrubby Dutch for a heavy clean for a move in. I wish I had been able to come check the work but was unable to until a few days later. I’m disappointed that the exterior of the microwave remained greasy and dirty underneath and on the sides. The back panel of the water dispenser of refrigerator was dirty. The interior of the dishwasher hadn’t been touched. I was hoping for a spotless clean, but there are areas I’ll now tackle myself. I’ll chalk some of this up to communication, as my husband handled everything.

I have used Scrubby Dutch for over 10 years to clean my 2 story home and have been extremely satisfied. I usually get the same team & they know what I like. On rare occasions when there is a sub, my regular knows to leave info on any special tasks with Deedee in the office. They are trustworthy, careful and quietly go about their business as I work from my home office. I highly recommend Scrubby Dutch.

Scrubby Dutch has been cleaning my house for over 10 years. Before that we had individuals do the cleaning. I like that the staff are hired and managed by the company, and if I have any problems, I call the office and they deal with it. Not that I call frequently — but I do call every so often to tell Dedee of something especially good they’ve done.
There is a decent amount of staffing consistency. I’ve had the same lead person for most of the time. The work is good, the price is reasonable. I’ve had no problems with loss or damage. They are accommodating of scheduling changes and special requests. I highly recommend Scrubby Dutch.

Scrubby Dutch has been cleaning my house every other week for two years. They are fantastic. The crew lead, Alecia, runs a tight ship, resolves issues (I had cloudy wood floors from other maid service), and is extremely pleasant. I like to say my house is Alecia-Clean when they are done. Front office staff also very pleasant and helpful.

I hired this cleaning company to provide a thorough clean of a unit that had already been deep cleaned and was rent-ready for the next tenant. Unfortunately, I did not supervise the house cleaners as I assumed they would do their job properly, especially since the apartment was completely empty.

Despite their claims on their website to clean out basements and make them spiderweb-free, I was disappointed to see that they neglected to dust the ceiling fan in the living room, clean the top of the refrigerator in the kitchen, and left the bathroom in need of additional cleaning. The basement was also left in a less than satisfactory condition.

Overall, I was not impressed with the service provided by this company and would not recommend them to others.

I gave them a two star because they showed up.
Let me add the woman who answered the phone offered a $20 refund of what I was charged, but I have yet to receive that.

I have hired Scrubby Dutch for over ten years and in that time the same ladies have been in charge of the two or three lady crews every time. I can trust them to do a good job even if I am not home and for the first few years that was the case. I have them over only one day every two weeks and then only doing part of my house, though there is a core set of rooms to do each time. I am happy with their work and do not hesitate to recommend them.

Scrubby Dutch has been taking care of our home for several years. They offer a level of service that fits our needs and their crews have always been friendly, reliable, and consistent in quality. Our current team, Kim and Debbie, are exceptional in customer service. They often go above and beyond to address any issues they notice. And most importantly, our dogs like them, too!

We have used Scrubby Dutch for our 2 bed, 2 bath home in the St. Louis area several times now. Its perfect for when you have visitors coming. Scrubby Dutch is flexible with your schedule, and also much more reasonable than some other big name cleaning services. We love that they are locally owned and operated, and they always do great work. I feel very comfortable with them in my home, even when I can't be there. I would highly recommend their service.

I've been using Scrubby Dutch since my previous cleaning service went out of business at the beginning of the COVID pandemic. Scrubby Dutch managed to keep their business open during a time when staffing had to be difficult for them, as it was for most businesses. At first, I wasn't completely satisfied, but they addressed my issues promptly. I gave them a little time and they turned things around and I commend them for that! They are reliable, professional, honest and do a good job!

We just wanted our master bath, guest bath and kitchen floor deep cleaned. They rushed through, had to come back twice more (which I paid for) and told us we’d have to finish cleaning the shower ourselves, they didn’t have the time. Every time they were here they rushed through the job. We asked to clean the oven last time and they did, but somehow opened and left open all our kitchen cabinets.

It was easy to contact Scrubby Dutch and reserve a time for cleaning. I really like being able to talk to someone on the phone and coordinate the structure of cleaning my home. The ladies arrived on time and did exactly what I asked them to do. In fact, they did more than I expected. I am looking forward to a long run with this cleaning service.

After trying another common cleaning service, I'm very glad that I found Scrubby Dutch. Scrubby Dutch matches my schedule and has been flexible on schedule when I needed them to be. This alone has been a step above the competition. The crew has been professional and knowledgeable, even sharing a few tips that are pertinent. Rates did rise above the value of the job being done. Original review was before rates increased twice in less than a year.

We hired 2 persons to come by and focus on the bathroom and the kitchen. They were on time and went right to work. They did an amazing job and we are definitely requesting those two again. They were attentive to my request and worked their butts off while they were here. They even went above and beyond what I requested and did a few extra items since they had time. @theowner, You have 2 rockstars on your team!!

We did a move-in clean to our new house and they had full access to everything prior to our things being moved in. At a glance, the house looked decent. But when we started moving things in, we noticed that they didn’t touch any of the cabinets, any of the drawers, the freezer, above the cabinets, they didn’t dust anything and they didn’t do any of the laundry room, or closets.

The biggest bummer for me is that when I called to see if they could come out again, they didn’t respond to my voicemail and have not answered any of my calls after.

I decided upon them because of their rate and their reviews on Google, so I don’t want to say these things in order to bash their small business. I’m hoping this will help others know what to expect. I’m sure they’re great for maintenance cleaning.

This is my first experience with Scrubby Dutch Cleaning. Eric and Kai arrived on time, I explained what I'd like done, and they got to work immediately. They worked fast and efficiently. My house looks fantastic. Eric even took a moment to pat my attention hungry dogs!! I am looking forward to having them back in 2 weeks. I love it that I can choose how much time I want them here for, depending on what all I want done.
