Richard and Ilene did a great job. They worked with me to fit in an appointment on fairly short notice and kept me updated on arrival times. They assessed the level of cleaning that needed to be done and completed the job quickly with great results.

Richard and his crew went over and above on cleaning my carpets. Some company's only treat and auto-scrub, but OzarkSteam vacuum, pre-treats, treats, auto-scrubs, and then steam cleans the carpet. Finally he deodorizers. Plus the carpet is dry when they leave, so you don't have to walk on soggy wet carpet afterwards.
Furthermore, the thoroughness that Richard and his crew displays is seen by him re-going over the carpet until not only the customer is satisfied, but that he himself is satisfied.

His standards are very high. Like his business card says, "When we pull up, The dirt pulls out." Our home’s previous owner was a smoker with pets. After Richard and Pat were finished steam cleaning, the smell was 95% improved and a lot of pet dander and pee stains have been removed. And with a further treatment with a couple little machines running for a few hours, the odor is pretty much gone.
Richard and Pat were very informative when explaining what they were doing and really seemed to enjoy their work. And after a little comparison shopping, I think the pricing was fair and actually less than I was expecting.
