Arrived on time. Job perfectly done. Went above and beyond what was asked for. We saved $$$ by not having to resurface the wood flooring in the kitchen. After a dutiful cleaning it looked brand new. We highly recommend OzarkSteam and will use for all future carpet / flooring care.

Best Carpet cleaners ever. I worked for an apartment complex for 12 years and we used lots of different companies but no one came close to these guys. Now that I am retired, I have fostered several dogs, Ozark Steam was able to get rid of pet stains and my carpets look absolutely fantastic.

We had a great experience with OzarkSteam. We purchased a home with carpet that was only 7 years old and in excellent shape, but it did need a good cleaning. The house also had tile that I wanted cleaned and sealed. Richard and Ilene came out and took a good look at the flooring identifying the problem areas and what needed to be done. To say we are satisfied would be an understatement. The carpet is like new, and the tile looks amazing. Richard has a very detailed process that he uses to make sure carpet is cleaned thoroughly no matter what it's been through. His pre-vacuuming takes longer than most carpet cleaners' actual cleaning. They may be a bit more expensive than the rest, but they are 100% worth it. Highly, highly recommend!
