My 92 year old mother moved in with us and we had to change out tub to a walk in shower, as she had limited mobility. Prompt and reliable. Would highly recommend!

We called JL & F plumbing after a seven year old apparently used our pedestal sink as a springboard and pulled it completely away from the wall. The gentleman that came out was very professional and they were able to get us in quickly after our call. All in all - five stars.

I called on a Sunday afternoon and he showed up shortly after. Very knowledgeable, reasonably priced and had the issues fixed very quickly. I would recommend to anyone who needs a plumber.

I’ve made several appointments over the last few months he never shows up, now they don’t even return my phone calls. When I had him come fix my sewer line and spent around $1500 he came right over but when I have small jobs that need to be done he does not have time for me…..

These guys are fantastic. Will not be going with anyone else. Knowledgeable, friendly and will walk you through everything. Not once did I feel pressured in any way to spend more than needed. As a woman it was a breath of fresh air.

Told me a very speicifc price for a part (both verbally and in written form) and then charged me more. Was argumentative and haughty about it. I will not do business with a company that doesn't keep their word. The owner was rude and full of himself. Very, very unprofessional.

Jesse responded almost instantly to our late-afternoon-Monday request to check out a leak in our utility room, which turned out to be the 20+ year old water heater. He quoted us some $$ numbers and made arrangements to return the next day with replacement equipment which he then installed over the next day-and-a-half (WH, water softener & gas line upgrades).

I appreciate that Jesse took the time to explain things some of the more curious among us like to know, including how even the tiniest leak that quickly evaporates and isn't enough to make anything wet can be hugely problematic given the right conditions (looking at you, old water softener, with your salty air corroding my brass...). Small Leaks Matter, folks: call your plumber (highly recommend JL&F Plumbing, btw).

We appreciate how quickly JL&F responded to our "emergency" and how quickly we were back up and running with hot (and softened) water.

All this, at a very fair price, finishing under the quote. I know what the letters "JL&F" stand for in the company name, but you could as accurately say, "Just, Legitimate & Fair."

After we found water leaking from the ceiling first thing on a Monday morning, JL&F came out quickly and figured out our issue. They were friendly, professional and really knowledgeable. We will definitely use them again in the future as the need arises! So thankful they are right here in the Rogersville area.

I've had septic back up for a month. The last plumber made things worse and walked out of my house without fixing it. I called Jesse and he came the next day and stayed until it was fixed. This company is amazing and I can never thank them enough.

I called and they were here within 30 minutes. They had me fixed and ready to go within 1-2 hours. Very personable and taught us a few things.

We had Mr. Jesse I’ve today after our 2year old flushed a large carrot down the toilet and clogging it. He fixed it in no time and came on a Saturday. He also showed me a couple of things plumbing maintenance wise around my house which was very helpful. He definitely goes above and beyond and was very reasonably priced. Can’t ask for better service nor better person to help in a time of need. I would say if you live in Seymour, Fordland, or Rogersville-

Had an upstairs shower leaking through basement ceiling. I called around 6pm and they were quick to get here and fix it. Found the culprit quickly and had it fixed in under an hour. Highly recommend!

When we were in a rush to get our house listed to sell, Jesse was awesome about squeezing us in to get our sump pump installation corrected! While under our house, he even found pipes that might have caused issues during the inspection and brought those to our attention! I would definitely recommend JL&F Plumbing for all your plumbing and bath renovation needs.

We are buying a house that needed a LOT of plumbing issues taken care of so we could close. Jesse and a couple of his guys were able to come out on short notice and get it done. they spend 2 days on it all. A hot water tank, three sinks, a shower and drill through 15 inches of concrete to get it done. They were all professional, clean and courteous. I plan to have they come out and complete a full renovation of our master bath after we close. They are on the top of my referral list for anyone needing plumbing help.

Great company to work with. Makes sure the homeowner/customer in fully informed of what needs to be done and why it needs to be done. Very upfront with their expectations of the job. I had some old termite damage that was uncovered, after a little bit of inspecting the surrounding area found out there was also some water damage from poor drainage and improperly installed siding. They were able to work with me by identifying my issues and giving me solutions and not guesses to a fix. Happy to say that I am fully pleased with the end result and will definitely use them in the future for any issues/projects I might have.
