JL&F plumbing saved my bathroom! I noticed a small leak around my tub and called them to take a look at it. What I thought was a small leaked turned into a major problem. I ended up replacing my entire water supply to my house, my drain lines to the house, and the sewer line. Jesse and his boy Wes were very professional and knowledgeable. Everything they did was done in a timely manner and was done right. They’re the type of business you can tell quality and a “good job” means something to them. And that’s what they delivered. I called Jesse Thursday to show him the issue and I had a new water system in my entire house by Saturday. I couldn’t be any happier with this business. Thank you JL&F for everything you’ve done for us!

Our septic line froze on December 23rd. Needless to say, Christmas was canceled. We had called another company who spent 3 hours here trying to unclog a frozen line. The tech was young and definitely didn't recognize it was a frozen line. We spent $400 for his time. At the end, he told us it was frozen. Jesse came out right after Christmas, and even though he couldn't fix it at the time (still frozen), he said he would return in a couple of days when the weather warmed up and the line thawed. He did just that and got us running again. We are so thankful for him and will definitely be using him for the septic line repairs. Great family owned company! I highly recommend them.

Had a water stop that wouldn’t shut off while trying to install a new dishwasher. Showed up same day with parts in hand. Good people and good work. Just another reason I’m a repeat customer.

Plumbing emergencies always happen at the most inopportune time. The price for after hours and weekends is usually a lot higher. That wasn't the case with JP & F. They came out on the Sunday of Memorial day weekend and made quick work of the problem in my gray line. Not only that, they took the time to go above and beyond to check out the rest of the system and give me some solid advice on how to maintain it.

They didn't overcharge me and they were in no rush to make sure the job was done right and to my satisfaction. They had every piece of equipment with them to do the job and it was all well maintained and in good working condition. It was reassuring to know that no matter what they found wrong with my system, they would be prepared to fix it properly. Very courteous and professional. I will not call any other company for my future plumbing needs and I would recommend them without reservations.

We had JL&F plumbing install a laundry room sink in our new house and they did a great job. They ran new water lines, took extra time to make sure there were no small leaks anywhere and that everything worked properly. Very reasonable pricing. The guys that came to do the install cleaned everything up afterwards and were very respectful. This is a great locally owned business that we will be using again in the future.

We recently hired “Jl and F” to fix the a leak in the pipes, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, they provided a quote that seemed reasonable, but by the end of the project, they tried to charge us over $200 more than the original estimate. This was despite the fact that they didn't even complete the job properly. Our bathroom was left with a leak in the pipes, and when we confronted them, they admitted that the task was too complex for them. To make matters worse, when they came to discuss the issue, they brought a woman along to try to intimidate my mother. We had to threaten legal action just to get them to honor the original quote. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and professional service. To clarify, I was never on the side of Jl and F as they claimed in their review. The only time I told my mother to stop was before I fully understood the extent of their attempts to scam her. Once I realized what was happening, I immediately came to the door and watched the situation closely, prepared to step in if necessary. The woman they brought along was clearly trying to intimidate my mother, and I was ready to intervene if needed. Thankfully, it didn't come to that, but the entire experience was deeply unsettling, frightening, and unprofessional. If you could maybe try and wrap your dense head around that for me, Jesse, it would be greatly appreciated! Additionally, in their review, they blatantly lied by saying we called them every name under the sun. We have a ring camera recording of the entire interaction, which proves we did not call them a single name. Which also proves how these foolish people are very fraudulent. I hope this boy grows and learns more about his profession in order to complete the jobs he promises. Hopefully, their company does better in the future so they don’t have to resort to scamming people and charging them $200 over the original estimate they quoted. Moreover, their response was poorly constructed and lacked coherence, resembling something written by someone with limited language skills. It might be beneficial for them to consider taking an English course to improve their communication. Consequently, my mother is now obliged to hire another plumber to replace a valve, a task that Jesse was unable to complete. Very sad, very pathetic, and pitiful.

We have had two plumbing emergencies in the last two months and their response was immediate. They do great work and are very efficient. We highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Very happy with service as our sewer lines was backing up on a weekend day! They sent someone to assess within 20 mins of the problem and someone came out next day, cleared it so we could shower, use the sink, and toilet again! Great customer service went above & beyond what was asked and swift action! If you want a reliable and trustworthy plumber these are your guys!

My disabled parents woke up this morning to frozen pipes, and within half an hour, the owner, Jess, was at the house assessing the situation and about 20 min after that an employee was at the house getting the pipes unfrozen. I would give this company 100/5 if I could. I can't say enough good about the whole company and will always recommend them when given the chance.

Even though it was later in the evening when we called, they came to help quickly. It was a mess, but they fixed it with minimal tear out. They were polite and explained the problem so we could understand the whole of the situation. Best of all, they could have done more and charged more, but they fixed the problem and didn’t take advantage. Hope we don’t have to, but would definitely do business with them again. Highly recommended.

JL&F have helped us time and time again. They have always gone the extra mile, even on exhausting and challenging projects. As a young woman I have always felt respected and very comfortable with them in my home. I so appreciate them taking the time to answer my questions and teach me along the way. They are transparent about budget, variables, and timing of projects. I have never had a contractor be as personable and kind as them, Jesse and Zach are truly a dream team and I feel very fortunate to have access to their services. Mackenzie is also very helpful with billing and scheduling. Thank you all!

My experience was great. Sorry for late review McKenzie. Purchased a house that took 2 yrs of living here for pluming issues to rear their ugly head. Called to get pre-work inspection estimate, which was just an estimate. After work started more problems were found: pipes not right size, hung to low, bowing, ect. Found the sewer house to city hook up was leaking. Fix in a timely manner. Under ground pipes were found to have collapsed by tree roots. Jesse and crew did what in my opinion great. We were present at all times asking questions about what was happening. They were very patiently aware

JL&F Plumbing responded quickly to our plumbing needs and did an excellent installation following a professional evaluation of the site. They will be our "first call" in the future.
