They were very responsive and were able to get someone out the same day. Guys that showed up were also great and told me exactly what I needed to do.

Pence installed our HVAC system in our new construction house. We had an issue pop up several months in and they addressed it immediately, even outside of normal business hours. We have been chasing down an issue with our air handler for 3 years now (on a 4 year old system). Pence is the 4th company we had out and I wish I had found them sooner. They were able to come same day, diagnose the issue, get parts, get them installed, and get the system set up correctly (actually measured static pressure and set tap speeds correctly). This is the first time I felt heard and listened to from a company and the first time I felt confident our issues are fixed. Plus they fixed an issue with a room always being cold/hot! Bonus, they were cheaper than any of the other companies!!! I really can’t say enough good about Pence and our technician Mike. If you are looking for an honest company that won’t try to just get you to buy a new system, look no further :)

AC went out in July. At night. It was a long night, but got in touch first thing and they were on it. Back up and running and cooling down by mid afternoon. Appreciate the quick and great service. Will be adding the regular maintenance plan now to keep on top of these things

They came out within a week of my call to service the furnace and a/c unit. Mike did a good job with this. Pence indicated a filter is included in the service work but later found out this is only for a 1 inch filter. I did have to purchase and provide the filter

Dan was amazing. The best service guy out there. It is hard to find a really good customer service person in any industry dealing in heating ac, plumbing, contractors, etc. You can tell he really cares about customers!

The service tech Dan arrived promptly. He was knowledgeable, efficient, organized and very proficient. Price was very fair.

Mike showed up on time and carefully assessed the problem we were having. The problem was a vibration noise that occurred when the blower motor was on. Mike confirmed that all components of the AC unit were functioning correctly. Then he carefully traced the vibration noise to the gas line which ran parallel to the Freon line and under the floor joists in the basement. A few insulating pads at contact points along the gas line completely fixed the problem. We have used Mike for our HVAC needs for at least 15 years. Mike is extremely professional in his conduct and highly experienced in all aspects of HVAC installation and service. We highly recommend Mike and Pence Heating and Cooling!

They came & did service annual service on our AC unit. It need some repairs plus clean out. Which was done. He was on time and very nice. So glad we have our prepaid contract with you for all our HVAC needs.

Called Pence after a lightning strike and hoping to have my system checked for any damages. They sent Dan out within hrs for a full check-up and he explained step by step everything being measured. Thankfully all was good and would highly recommend Pence for prompt quality service 👍

We had a problem with the ac in one of our rental properties. The unit is actually 31 years old so I figured we would be looking at a new unit. They made arrangements with our tenant and were out the next day to analyze the problem. The fan motor had worn out and they replaced it and explained everything to our tenant. Very pleased with the prompt service and the price I was charged to have it fixed. I will definitely be using them if I have another problem.

Westin was great at diagnosing a hard to fix problem with a gas valve. A few hours later solved the problem also with some loose wires.
