The technician CJ did a fantastic job fixing my old Magtag washing machine. They had to custom order a part, they didn't overcharge me and I was really happy with the overall result. CJ even fixed the leg on my washer to make the spin cycle work better because he noticed it wasn't level.

Not local, just sends you to a national calling number for sears. Back to Amazon. I wanted expert advice from a local shop that I could pick up the parts from today.

Had technician scheduld between 1:00 and 5:00 today and he called at 4:45 to say he would not be able to keep the appointment and could not reschedule until Thursday for my refrigerator, am rescheduling with another company. So much for same day service.

This is multifaceted disappointment. I called this company on Dec 4 about a quick repair.

Got a call back quickly after dealing with AI about a tech coming out. Followed by another call from another number about a different tech that was also trying to be sent out. The second number tried to argue when I said they're already sending someone.

The work I got was bothersome as they started by ordering a part that was hundreds. They gave me a quote and I paid a deposit. The following week, the part came in, and didn't fix the issue so the tech replaced a sensor. The final price seemed odd so I asked and the text tried to charge an extra $50 on top of the quoted price and the additional part cost. He lied and said a new number for the original quote and only relented when I was going to pull out the original paper saying 'if that's what I said I guess I'll honor it'. Just felt scummy and dishonest.

Additional problem. In the years that I've had this phone number I haven't had any scam calls. Specifically after calling this business, I've had 3-5 scam/spam calls every day.

The daily scam calls in addition to multiple conflicting calls from other tech businesses shortly after my initial reaching out seems like calling this business immediately compromises your information. All in addition to dishonest price changes and starting from more expensive repairs to cheaper is a choice.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I would've been happier never contacting this place.

My washing machine did a lot of rock in and rollin during spin cycle. Jaiden came out and advised on the cost to repair and we chose to just buy a new one. He was very professional

If you’re looking for friendly and quick repair, this is definitely the go-to business. I originally had a repair done on my dryer a couple weeks ago, and because of my dryer brand, the problem didn’t go away. I messaged back stating my issue, and got a quick response and appointment to fix the problem. Everything was explained so I understood the issue and fix myself. Will definitely use this company again if I find myself needing dryer/washer repair again! Thank you!

They were great to work with and very knowledgeable. They are definitely my recommended appliance repair company. I run a small business and any company nowadays you can reliably recommend for service repairs is very hard to come by. Not to mention a customer friendly service company. Most are corporate service companies have too many people to deal with for simple appliance service issues. They literally "saved" my front load washing machine from shaking my house to death and me having to scrap it after I would have tried to fix it. Highly recommended before attempting any DIYer appliance project.

We had an issue with our dishwasher and Corey came out right away to look at it. He had a little trouble getting parts because our dishwasher wasn't very common, but he kept us updated so we knew what was going on. When he came back to fix the dishwasher, we were having problems with the heat in our dryer. Not only did he fix our dishwasher, but he fixed our dryer and only charged us for parts! I would absolutely recommend his service for any appliance.
