I don't know what all these negative reviews are about, this is the most professional company I've ever worked with!

I had the misfortune interacting with a woman from this company, I think she's the secretary or HR, but she was incredibly rude and entitled. I wouldn't hire them for anything if this is how they treat others that are not customers

So, it’s obvious to me the guy didn’t take me seriously, gave me the least detailed estimate, like kindergarten style- and acted like my ideas were stupid and kept refrencing how tall he was and how small everything would be. To be clear- I was not asking him to move in, so not sure why he felt like his height was relevant to my small home. Said everyone wants to finish attics but this is why he doesn’t like to, blah blah. Then the estimate he gave was kind of ridiculous cost- so they just didn’t want the job. Cool. cool. Thanks for wasting my time and energy and making me feel like my ideas were ridiculous. I hope you have a better week.

I had the misfortune of having a house fire but the blessing that Oak Grove was my contractor for the rebuilding my home. All aspects were handled professionally and promptly. Such a great crew! If possible I would rate the quality of workmanship a 10 star!!!

Great work! We had an insurance claim from a car crash into our home and they did an amazing job. They kept us in the loop about any delays that were out of their control. Having them do repeat work soon on another home!

We had a great experience with Oak Grove after a tree fell on my detached garage and virtually totaled it. Matt and Tracy were great to work with and communicated promptly along the way when needed. Their crews were awesome and their work exceeded my expectations. I’m super grateful all around.

Nesbitt Construction did some work on my home recently. My cooperation with the office was a professional pleasant experience. The worker who came to my home was clean and responsible. I was not concerned about him working with no one home. He had creative ideas and performed the work, cleaned up after himself and left me happy!

They took special care to not only complete the work quickly but also to stay within my budget as best as possible. Throughout the process, they explained every step, making sure I understood exactly what was being done.

I hope this finds you while you’re laying in bed at night, staring at your ceiling, hoping you don’t discover a wet spot from a leaky roof during a rain storm. While this was thankfully not my experience, I did have crippling anxiety about replacing my roof. How does anyone afford anything these days??? I am merely a helpless millennial with zero life skills, so I had no clue where to begin. Let me put you on to Sentinel Roofing and help lessen that decision anxiety we all know and love.

We just received a brand new roof on our home thanks to Jeremy and his team. This was my first experience getting a new roof and I had a lot of questions - Jeremy was incredibly patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. Any sort of major home repair feels daunting, and navigating the insurance portion feels intentionally confusing. Jeremy was happy to explain all the jargon to me and made it feel less scary.

In case you are also new to the whole roofing game, here’s what will happen: you’ll give Jeremy a call and he will come to your home and take a peek at the roof. The next major portion involves insurance and an inspector or adjuster (I dunno just let Jeremy explain that part). Then you’ll hopefully get approved if your roof is as ugly and beat up as mine was, and the insurance company will send a check for some dollars. Then Jeremy will send his incredible crew of roofers over. The roofers finished my entire roof in one day, including clean up. Nary a shingle or nail was found in my yard, hooray!

Anyway if you’re still reading, give Jeremy a call. Even if you aren’t able to receive a new roof anytime soon, he’s a great contact to have for all things home related. If I ever financially recover from cashing in that deductible, I will hire him in a heart beat.

We had our front porch blown away from one of the storms a couple of monthst ago. Mr Boyts and his crew came out, surveyed the damage and built me a new bigger deck. Very efficient and very professional. Deck was completed in less than a week and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s perfect.

I normally wouldn’t leave a review like this, but I just have to brag on my son and the entire team at Sentinel Roofing. When I needed my roof replaced, my son treated me just like he would any other customer — with honesty, respect, and care. He walked me through the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure the pricing was fair and reasonable (even told me to get other quotes if I wanted, which I appreciated).

The crew was professional, fast, and did excellent work. My yard was spotless when they were done, and the roof looks fantastic. I’m so proud of the integrity my son and this company stand on.
