I would recomment this company to anyone that needs help with any kind of housing project either interior or exterior. They are very professional, very informative, and follow through to the very end of the project. All of their workers that I have dealt with are also very professional in their work and explanations of what they will be doing. I had no problems, but I did not anticipate any. The entire staff that I dealt with were awesome!

I called needing siding replaced because I grilled a bit to close to my house... They were prompt, professional and best of all they did an amazing job. This is the second time I have used them and they always come through for me. great company. I highly recommend!

I had to do some deferred maintenance on my home. KennCo knew exactly what to do and carried out the repairs with speed and accuracy. When they found unexpected problems from the actions of a previous owner, they notified me quickly and suggested appropriate action. I plan on using KennCo again in the Spring on the next project.

Had a LOT of hail damage in the last storm. They were RIGHT on top of it, got the roof and other damage to our house fixed in a fast timely and professional manner. These folks are DEFINITELY our go to guys. Zac was on top of this from beginning to end

So there people that do the roofs are great. There painters and drywall installers along with window's and doors are absolutely horrible. They left paint on furniture beds window's leak new door won't stay shut had to redo are stuff over 3 times still isn't right could of hired some kid's and got the same kinda work for way less. Wouldn't recommend them to any one. If we could post pic's for you we would. 🤨

We have a signed contract and the Dry wall person says that it was to messy to repair our celling. They offered to lower the price by $350 and only do less than 1/3 of the work. They decided not to honor the contract that they wrote and we signed. Said they would call back with a supervisor or someone like that on the same day. 2 weeks later still have not heard from them. I read another review that said the dry wall person was bad and i agree. Breach of Contract.

I called Kennco Contractors to rehang a glass shower door in my master bathroom. The process required cutting into the drywall to add additional bracing then patching the holes and repainting the room. They crew that braced my door came to my house on time and had the door rehung in less time than what was estimated. The drywall crew showed up on time, patched the holes with quick set mud and painted the room, all in the same day. Kennco Contractors exceeded my expectations by taking less time than estimated to complete the repair and did so with little mess. Both crews were very polite, friendly and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Kennco Contractors for any home repair that you may have. You will not be disappointed with the level of expertise and professionalism that this company provides to all of its clients – regardless of the size of the job.

A few years ago after a hail storm I needed a new roof. I asked KennCo Construction for an estimate. They got out to my house within a few days. Within about 10 days a crew showed up and climbed up on my roof and finished before sundown. The really impressive thing was they cleaned everything up, there was nothing left anywhere in my yard and that was great. They did an excellent job. Thanks KennCo Construction, I will remember you if I need anything else and I will recommend you to all of my friends.

My house had to be rebuilt after a fire. During the rebuild I sent two years in the hospital. I discussed with them what was needed and had photos of house before. They changed supervisor at the end. Multiple things I am finding they didn't do or do right. They didn't talk to me much while I was just a few miles away stuck in hospital. I get more annoyed as I find more things we talked about that didn't get done right. From problems with the roofing to the carpet multiple electrical issues doors hung wrong siding not done properly

April 20th 2024 and It's 3 years later and Kennco has not finished my daughter's roof repairs. She got a lawyer and won paid her lawyer $1000.00, but they still won't fix our roof that is leaking.

As of July 14th 2022 they still haven't fixed my daughter's roof. A huge tree fell through my daughter's roof and needed a new wall and a new roof. It took forever to finish and as they didn't do some things right, my daughter got a lawyer and spent $1000.00. They agreed to finish some work but didn't. She had a major leak in the living room after they put on the new roof. They put water on the roof and said there was no leak. If there are two major stains in the living room, there aren't any leaks? The owner is rude and will not help us. I am seeking out the attorney general and BBB bureau and small claims. It is not right to treat a customer that way after paying $28,000.00 in repairs!

I can't say enough good things about KennCo! We had a burst pipe while we were out of town. KennCo has been so professional and compassionate toward us as they made the repairs and made a difficult situation so much better. They have had excellent communication on every aspect of the job and their work had been excellent. So thankful our insurance sent us to KennCo!

In January 2019, a rental house we owned suffered fire damage that required extensive repair. The project lasted eleven months. This was a new experience for us and after contacting our insurance company, we were advised to hire a contractor that we, and the insurance company, could work with. We had known the former owner of Kennco and called to see if he still had contact with the company. He referred us to the new owner, Eric Purvis who had been with Kennco for years and purchased it from the former owner. Eric called me within minutes of talking to the former owner. My wife and I met with him and he outlined how the process worked with three entities involved—the home owner, the contractor and the insurance company. The process, for most, is a new experience and somewhat complicated. Eric’s guidance was invaluable . After going through the reconstruction, everything Eric told us turned out to be true. The project flowed very well and the finished product exceeded our expectations. Kennco, through the years, has established a good reputation and a solid relationship with area insurance companies. This is a very important factor in choosing the right construction company for a project of this magnitude. A fire damaged remodel is totally different from a new house construction. Again, this is a major factor in choosing the right construction company. Eric has put together a good staff within his company and has developed good relationships with quality subcontractors. The on location supervisors and the internal accounting department personnel were all first class. Any issues of concern that arose were addressed immediately and resolved in a cordial discussion.

Zach, Hannah and the boys made me feel like family. They worked with my busy schedule to find my best time and were very quick. Zach personally came by to check on my roof after only a week of having it due to a storm. They have my trust and my business.

They explained every step needed to fix our home, and answered every text and call I made. The guys were extremely respectful, and friendly. My husband works nights, and they respected the times we needed them to start every project so that he could sleep. If something wasn't done right, they rectified it themselves. I hired Kennco to paint the exterior of my house. The crew did a great job, they were on time and organized. Completing the job quickly as weather allowed. I was so pleased with the workmanship I recommend them to everyone I know who’s contemplating painting their home.

Had a fitting come loose in our wall behind our refrigerator and I didnt know it for several days, until I returned home from TRL. When I came in the door I found the water that had been leaking had damaged the hard wood floor and pooled under my home.
I immediately called my insurance company and Kennco construction was their preferred choice, and I quickly found out why.
From the first time I spoke to Billy on the phone and then met Billy when he came to assess the damage I we're so impressed with their professionalism and compassion for our situation. They did everything they could to make a horrible situation as best as possible. Billy and Shannon's crew work quickly and closely with us and I would recommend them to all my family and friends.
My home now looks better than it did when it was first built and brand new!!

Kennco did a great job rebuilding our decks. It turned out to be a bigger job than expected, and they kept us informed of the necessary changes. The workers worked hard all the time they were here. They arrived on time each day. We are very satisfied with their work.

We would highly recommend KennCo for insurance company work. KennCo uses the same estimate format as the insurance company which they require. KennCo was very responsive and professional from the workers to the Supervisors. Ben and Billy were easy to work with on getting the siding on the garage and house replaced due to hail damage. We are very happy with the work done and would highly recommend them to anyone.
