Had an extremely bad experience with this home inspector. He done a very detailed inspection of our property that we were selling as is. He even destroyed our working septic system while there. And they left us with footing the bill for the new system or the clients were going to walk. Even though per contract he should have been the one replacing it. But not one peep from him or the other realtor about helping with cost. If you are a buyer definitely use him. If you are a seller I would suggest not letting him be on your property. You can see by the pictures what he done "looking" for the septic. And all of this happened 2 days prior to scheduled inspection I believe to be wrong as well because no one could meet him there then to make sure nothing like this happened.

I hired this company through my real estate agent to inspect our home before purchase, and the inspection was completely inadequate. Critical, obvious defects were missed, including:

• HVAC system that was rusted, disconnected, and non-functional (we had to replace it weeks after purchase for over $14,000)
• Longstanding bat infestation in the attic (estimated $2,500 in damages)
• Basement bathroom that was disconnected with a leak, causing significant damage (estimated $2,500 in damages)

When I brought these issues to the inspector’s attention, he laughed and dismissed them. Their inspection failed to identify major defects that any competent professional should have noticed, putting us at serious financial risk.

We have filed formal complaints with the state licensing board, and legal counsel has been consulted.

If you are buying a home, do not rely on this inspector — their work is unreliable, dismissive, and will cost you significant time and money.
