I went to the inspection to learn what might be wrong with the house.i was told there were a few things that were miner. When I received inspection there were several problems & to me they were not miner. Very costly repairs. And the air conditioning was not check at all. I did not buy house. It was buy as is home that I could no longer afford. I'm glad I had a inspection but wished he had explained a little more in person.

I had a great experience with William McIntosh as my home inspector. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, which made the whole process much less stressful. His attention to detail and professionalism gave me real peace of mind. Highly recommend!

William with affordable first of all was on time very professional and and brought along another professional to handle the pest inspection in the crawl space of the home I am preparing to purchase. William was very thorough did not hurry which was comforting to me pointed out verbally to me the issues had noticed with the house. I am now just waiting for the digital or hard copy of the inspection and photographs, which will help me determine the parameters of purchasing this home. We did not meet Jason but the technician he sent out was great! Our job was rather small (just upgrading outlets in a 100 yr old house). They managed to fit us in relatively quickly and were able to get the outlets switched out for a very fair price. We did have an issue when later that night we went to turn on some lights and they wouldn't come on. This wasn't entirely unexpected since our house has had some wonky remodel work and we know the electricals arn't entirely as they should be. We were able to text Jason and he had the tech back out first thing the next morning. The tech immediately knew what the issue was and was in and out in no time. They were great to work with and I would highly recommend them!

Jason and his crew are hands down the best! I called him in a panic for help, and they were out that evening to assist. All the guys were on time, professional and up front honest.
