Constraction reviews in Springfield, Missouri

Once again, AtoZ to the rescue.Picked up, delivered, and expertly installed a new dishwasher. Also, hauled the old unit away, as well as all the packing material. Very polite, courteous, and professional.

Tom is the most knowledgeable technician around. He always diagnoses, then efficiently fixes the problem at hand. Could not recommend Tom and his team any more highly. Give A to Z a call!

I have used A to Z many times and they have always been professional, dedicated, dependable and friendly. I have in the past and will continue in the future to recommend them to others. Just an A++++ situation every time.

Stop your search - these are your guys. I really could not have hoped for any better service or more kind people to work on my home. They worked efficiently, cleanly, and communicated each step of the job plainly for me. Devon and Tom are just excellent - thank you so much, guys!

Came out , informed me of what was going on. Got me reset and working great. I will use them again

I called because we found a gas leak in my furnace so it was turned off. A technician was available that day (but I wasn’t so they came the next day). Devin came, explained all he was doing, and had things back in working order very quickly. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and professional. Will definitely call them again!

Tom and his wife Phaedra care to do the best job at a reasonable rate. A lot of firms take advantage of people when they see an opportunity but they are honest AND friendly. Give them a try. We had a HVAC mess of confusing wiring from different outfits who just did what it took to get paid, but Tom took the time to redo the wiring to where any HVAC man in the future could understand it and the project came in at a fair price, even on Christmas Eve. Go Tom & Phaedra!

Best customer service, best service in plumbing and electrical, And best prices! My go-to Company when I need help! Hard-working, trustworthy and kind people. So glad I found them!

My new bathroom floor looks great, but everything you gave me an estimate for was not done. I still need someone to install my bathroom exhaust fan, replace the board in my hallway floor. I also need an estimate to sand down and stain the new threshold Jeff built for the bathroom entrance. I am free all day tomorrow. Please call me. I am pleased with all the work that was done. Tom was so helpful on suggestions that need to be done.

Two wonderful men came to my house and knew exactly what was wrong with my window ac unit! They had it fixed in a flash😲Nobody works on these anymore, BUT A to Z does👍👏👏👏🥳 They were fine examples of service with a smile😊 I’m so grateful. Thank you, guys🥰

Tom and Devon and the crew have always been extremely helpful thru the last 20 years keeping my equipment running and the poop flowing.Tom just saved me the cost of a new AC system by rewiring and replaceing parts on my old air handler. He admitedly said it was the toughest job this year. ( it was a mess)....Thanks AtoZ Services

We had a great experience with A to Z Services for some electrical problems we were having. They showed up at the expected time, they were friendly, informative, and willing to go the extra mile when the job ended up being tougher than expected. Will definitely use them for all other projects moving forward.

Devin was great as usual. He explained things to were I could understand. Always appreciate your company so much.

Phaedra and Tom are Lifesavers! I knew no contractors in Springfield and promised my sister I would remodel some of the house they just purchased. They were still living out of town so it was up to me to do it all. A-Z are trustworthy, honest and just fantastic people all around. The guys they sent to work on the home were professional and excellent. I highly recommend this company.

Tom Ferguson and Devin were Remarkable! Both men were extremely knowledgeable, very, very professional, and wonderfully pleasant and personable. Tom’s wife who dealt with me on the phone was accommodating on multiple levels, working with me to make sure that everything was taken care of in a quick and efficient manner. They were able to repair an old whirlpool, trash, compactor, as well as repair a toaster and Repair my Maytag clothes dryer, and a leaky faucet in my bathroom.. I’ve made arrangements for them to come to my lake house to Repair and Appliance there. I feel extremely fortunate to have found these people that are so competent.

I have used A to Z twice now. Both times have been amazing. The scheduler Pheda is friendly and helpful. Jeff has come out both times and does a great job. From plumbing to handyman work, they do everything. They have become the go to people to call for everything. They are quick efficient and friendly. Can't ask for more.

Absolutely recommend. They were prompt honest and kept in contact entire time. Devin did an amazing job. Fixed out AC in great time and got our rooms cool again.

The whole A to Z team have helped me with masonry, plumbing and air services. I’m so happy they fixed everything I needed at a reasonable price. I highly recommend their services!

I just moved here and definitely needed a water softener unit. Phaedra was so nice on the phone. Tom and the guys did a brilliant job getting my water softener system installed.

Update 1: Today, the guys installed my new faucet, and, I now have water pressure! The best part though are my new French doors! They replaced the old sliding glass doors with my new doors! It’s still in progress; but far, so good.
The greatest part: I cherish my 3 dogs and the guys were amazing with the pups. My puppy, Pepper, decided Devon was her best friend! Pepper was in love. I am pretty sure he felt the same way.
A to Z was, once again, on time, extremely professional; yet, proved a success by my dogs and me. I’ll definitely add more later…

This company and this team of guys did an excellent job, very efficient, professional, quality work, as well as going above and beyond the call of duty by helping us with cost. We highly recommended them.
