Rick is the absolute best. Not only did this man spend time on the phone to help me diagnose a problem, he was kind and patient. Im a type 1 diabetic so I know I can be a lot when im frustrated.

When other companies show they are open 24 hours, they told me they dont have any one working so they cant help, I would have had to wait until tomorrow, its 15 degrees outside. So they would have left me in the cold all because they wanted google visibility. These other companies couldn't compare at all to the kindness I was show by Rick.

I will never go to anyone else, I would recommend RLB Elecetric to everyone in springfield and surrounding areas. This man is a true gift to our community and I hope everyone who reads this, gives this company a shot, you wont regret it!

KYLE CALLED A FEW MINUTES LATER AND ADVISED ME, A TECH WOULD BE DISPATCHED, AND LOOK AT MY POWER ISSUE. KYLER THE TECH SHOWED UP A FEW HOURS LATER, AND MY WIFE SAID HE WAS VERY FREINDLY , INFORMATIVE, AND HAD THE ISSUE SOLVED VERY QUICKLY. MOST COMPANIES THESE DAYS GIVE HALFHEARTED SERVICE, BUT FROM START TO FINSH ALL OF THE CREW FROM TRINITY, GAVE TOP NOTCH SERVICE AND WERE VERY POLITE TO MY WIFE. This is the second time Kyle has done work for us. He arrived on time with the right supplies and finished quickly. He made some good suggestions that saved us some money and was better than what we planned.

We had trinity come out to run power for our hot tub. They were amazingly nice, on time and worked quickly. We will definitely use them again.

I needed to have an outlet under my sink split so I could power my garbage disposal and reverse osmosis system. The reverse osmosis system needs constant power, while the garbage disposal needs to be switch-operated.

My usual electrician balked at the request, saying he didn't think it could be done. Mark arrived, looked at it, gave me a reasonable estimate, did the work, and charged me less than the estimate. The end result was exactly what I asked for, so I'll be using Trinity Electric's services in the future.

Recently had some Electrical issues fixed in my home and Shaun was great not only did he fix what was on my bid but he went above and beyond to make sure all of my Electrical wiring was safe and there were no other issues in my home. Highly recommend Trinity Electric for any job.
