As the President of Chesterfield Courts Condominum Owners Association I need to contact tradesmen often when a unit needs repair . Very seldom do I run into a company that is so professional, reasonably cost and punctual. Mark was great to talk to on the phone and Cody was very personable and efficient when doing the job. I also appreciate their message in their name. We will definately use Trinity Electric in the future! Thank you!

Shaun showed up looking professional, was very kind and personable. He fixed the existing doorbell issues then hooked up my new smart doorbell. I am very grateful for his expertise! I will be using Trinity Electrical again.

I called and set up a consultation appointment. He came and saw the proposed job and needed a few days to run numbers. A few days later I called the office and asked for them to have him call me when he was able. A week from the original date I get a call for an estimate that I later find was priced for unnecessary additional work. No courtesy call to say I’ve had things come up but I’m working on it. I understand that emergencies are a part of life and other jobs have a higher priority. But a friendly reminder to ensure your client doesn’t feel forgotten would help.

They did such a good job for us! We needed some new lights for our garage, and some more outlets ran, and they even reorganized our breaker box for us! We'll use them again if we need them! Thank you!

Mark came out and did an estimate for us then scheduled the work. We had a slight misunderstanding but he worked quickly to get everything set up and keep us on schedule. The gentleman who came and did the work was amazing as well. The customer service, work and the price where all great. I would highly recommend them!

Be very careful if you choose to use this company. They will over-bill you and hope you don't notice. They're trying to take advantage of people and cheat them out of their money. We agreed to have them out to our house to fix an issue on the weekend and agreed to weekend rates over the phone. When the bill showed up, they tried to bill over 2.5 times the labor that was done. When asked about it, they asked me how long I thought the techs were there. I knew it because I had timed it and verified through phone calls with them. They did not like the fact that I caught their gross over-billing and told me that I wasn't accounting for their drive time. I agreed to drive time costs but was still over 2x the amount on the bill. The billing lady, Brenda, is very rude and disrespectful. When I questioned why she billed me for 30 feet of wire when only 15 feet was used, she told me she would not change the bill again and then mailed me a letter to breakdown of what the company was making on my service and how it was not enough for them for their profits. I imagine they over-bill people regularly and get away with it because people don't question them. I would highly not recommend this company due because Brenda is an rude person and is cheating people out of money.

Mark is top notch and runs a professional company that does great work and very competitive pricing. He helped us out several times on a difficult project and never turned down our requests for help. I highly recommend Trinity to anyone.

Trinity Electric charged a very fair amount for the work being done. I had a wide range of quotes from several different companies, all the way up to 2 TIMES what Trinity quoted for the exact same work. I did my research ahead of time and knew some of these other companies were trying to gouge me. The owner, Mark, is a nice guy and a straight-shooter. I had several questions and his answers felt so genuine it was like talking to a friend. I say they felt genuine because I had other people quote me who would provide long-winded answers to try and get me to just agree and say OK to everything. Mark was very to the point and factual.

Now, Rick (the electrician doing the work) did run into an issue completing some non-essential work, but Mark reached out and again answered my questions and reduced the quote by a fair amount. Rick also helped my wife and mom install a light fixture they were struggling to install (not related to the work he was doing) while he waited on other technicians to arrive. My wife called me just to tell me about it and it was definitely above and beyond service, so thank you, Rick!

Great consultation experience. Quick turn around on quote. All the work was done around my schedule. The electrician was on time and very professional. All the work was complete rather quickly. I have been using my new outlets and lights since then and have no complaints at all. Thank you for the all around outstanding service!

People. When I tell you my house is wonky, you know I’m telling the truth. I LOVE our house for all of its quirks and general weirdness.

The electric was a MAJOR weird. Switches that didn’t work, lights that were on like 4 different switches, flood lights that mostly worked but were 3 stories high, pool light to no where, etc.

This pool light took 2 full days of digging exploration, finding every other thing under the sun besides where the pool light was connected. It was a challenge. There was a 9ft trench 3 ft deep and at least 5 other holes. They put it ALL back.

These men were wonderful humans, went above and beyond. They HEARD me and finished the job… they showed up multiple days in a row on time and professional. They did NOT immediately tell me I had to dig up the concrete for extra thousands or that it was hopeless.

If you’ve got a situation in the electrical department. Call them. Seriously.

Having a pool light is non-negotiable for me. You only have to pull one person from the bottom to never want to do that again.

Excellent experience all the way around. Mark was very quick at scheduling a visit to give me an estimate for installing under-cabinet lights, and also suggested what type to get. The guys showed up on time to install them, and did a professional job in a short period of time. I'm originally from a small town in Iowa and have always believed in utilizing local business. Trinity was recommended to me by my lawn care guy (also local). I will definitely be using them again for my electrical needs!!

Called to have my weatherhead replaced and I couldn’t have been happier with the results. Mark explained the additional cost of after hours work and sent Matt out to do the job within the hour. Matt was professional and efficient. After the job was complete I encountered an issue with having the power reconnected (nothing to do with the work Trinity preformed). Mark and Keith were quick to step in to help even though it was not their issue and it was after 9:00 pm. I was blown away by their customer service. I highly recommend their company, I will definitely be using them going forward. Thank you Trinity for a great experience in a less than great situation.

Trinity did a fantastic job installing a new outdoor panel for us. We didn’t make it easy with juggling other contractors but Trinity was incredible to work with along the way, always doing their part efficiently. From the initial call to Mark all the way through completion, Trinity was quick, more than fair on price and always punctual with multiple phases of the project. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone on any size project. 10/10

I hate to leave a bad review, but I feel necessary. We’ve used them a couple times before and they were the first place we called for electric work this time. Was a solid 5 star before. Even our realtor was impressed. I called a couple weeks ago to have a few things done at our house. The person who came (short chubby guy) was cold, acted as though he couldn’t leave fast enough, took no notes, and seemed incredibly unprepared. Said I’d get a call back with a price the same or next day. I never got a call back. That guy who came made a comment that the previous owner had retired and sold the business. Now it’s owned by what’s essentially a private equity company masquerading as a hearing/cooling/plumbing/electrical company. The previous owner was snappy, prompt, professional, and actually followed thru and the guys that came were terrific to work with. This is not the same company. I hired someone else for the work and it’s been completed.

I've been through Trinity for all the electrical issues in my home. They're always exceptionally friendly and professional. Rates are more than fair compared to many in town. Even though they can't schedule you a specific time, they are very flexible and willing to work with you on getting someone out to your location. I've had a different person come out each time I've called and they always go above and beyond to ensure I'm satisfied with the work they've done.

Max completed the work in half the time and better quality than the other estimate! I absolutely recommend him to everyone. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
