Shout out to Larry S! We had a wedding about to take place (rehearsal one day and the wedding the next) and had our chandelier down on the ground - not wanting to go back up. Larry came and diagnosed the problem and did everything possible including an extra trip that day to make sure the chandelier was back in place before the rehearsal. I'm sure our bride was relieved as were we! Larry was professional and respectful to us and our property! Thanks sir!!

About 3 weeks ago I called this company for an estimate
to install a ceiling fan and an electrical outlet. A person came to the house took a few photos and asked a few questions. There has been no further response from them.

I have just had the best experience with the services provided technician Tim. I had another guy Gary Gilmore charge me $375.oo for problems with some outlets not working and a two lights that didn't work. never fixed anything. Within 20 minutes Tim had it solved. Connected a wire on a recently installed ceiling fan by me, then also installed a new GFI outlet in my bathroom and a outside outlet. 3 hours for labor charges $58 an hour. Best prices and very high quality work. Nice guy also

Unfortunately this company did our job after quoting a much lower price—the bill we received in the mail was over $400 higher than our original work quote. The electrician doing the work didn’t say anything about the price being higher during the job, and when I called afterwards to ask, they said it ended up being more work— However, the price quote and the final bill had the same amount of work at different prices.

I called for an estimate on a small job: installation of a couple of lights on a garage exterior. The lady was nice enough, but seemed rather disinterested in having anyone come out. Clearly they had bigger fish to fry. When I asked for an estimate she told me $58/hr for a small residential project. Great, but how do I know about how long it might take? She said probably less than a day, but that they had nobody who would even come out and take a look at it to give me a proper estimate. She said there is no way to give a price before the job because there are just too many variables in a residential job. Wow - really? A team of 40 experts, according to their website, and NOBODY could possibly take a look at my job. I wasn't expecting today, but she said, "We don't just have people sitting around waiting to work." I never suggested that they did. But then she said, "We have more work than we can get to." Ok, why not just tell me that first? I'm not a big enough project for you? But, a quote from their website says, "When it comes to your home, there is no job too small for us." Guess they've never seen the myriad experts that say you should ALWAYS get several estimates, in writing, before the job. Complete apparently expects to just schedule an appointment to begin the work and pay later, with the homeowner having no idea what to expect. Seriously, how did they build the large business they have with that kind of attitude? Thanks, but I guess I might just do the job myself.

Price is not best but i hired them because they said they could start working from the following week and finish in 4 days. 25days past and job is not done. They always said they would call me back and never did. I was asked to pay half amount in the middle and i told the office lady I would pay next time the electrician show up, since he was not working for at least few days. She agreed and said the electrician would be there on Thu. He did not show up for 2days. I called office and she told me they decided not to come until half amount is paid.

Great company to have do your electrical needs. Technician was to be a little late because of having worked late on emergency the night before and Bryan called and explained the delay before the time Kyle was to arrive. Kyle was very competent and a truly nice man. I would highly recommend this company and this tech. I would gladly use them again.

Had an estimate done, only to have them call to say they had “too may projects going on and couldn’t take on our residential rewire”. I wasn’t even told the potential cost before being told they didn’t have time. At no point during the in home examination did he say anything about it being more than they could handle at this time, we were led to believe they’d be calling with a bid. Why did they even waste our time coming for an estimate if they didn’t have time to do the work?!

Complete Electrical Solutions charges an hourly rate, but they are fair and were able to do all my requested repairs within a reasonable amount of time. The parts needed were reasonably priced. Appointments were flexible. Accept credit cards. Would highly recommend.

They have done a few jobs for us in the past few weeks and did great-very satisfied. However, things changed yesterday. We had an appointment scheduled to install several lights and fans. Mid afternoon, before the job was finished, the worker was called away on an emergency. That's fine, no problem. I expected them to come back and finish the job the next morning. However, no one showed up and no one called. By 11:00 my wife had to call them. Apparently we were put at the bottom of the schedule list and now they won't come back until the end of the week. I came home to find my wife in tears after talking to their customer service rep. So if you hire them, hopefully they get the job finished before they get called off on an emergency, otherwise you are left with a half finished job and go to the bottom of the schedule list like you were a new customer calling in. Most of the positive reviews here are from employees, not from customers.

They came to the house to install an EV charger in a somewhat complicated location, going from a first floor wall 60 feet from the upper floor garage wall and behind an ICF wall. Chris and Chris got to work and did an excellent job of getting exactly what I needed done. Nice people too. I will definitely use them again and the price was completely reasonable for the work performed. Thanks CES!

I had them come out to fix two problems I had. He was out here for about 33 minutes. Did not fix one thing. Actually told me to call another company because everything looked fine. Still have to pay the full hour of service for him doing absolutely nothing which is $58.80. I ended up calling the other company and they came out and worked their butt off on the same thing, complete electrical said was fine, because all the wires were completely ripped out of the box. He hadn't looked deep enough. So I ended up paying two bills. I do not recommend this company because most likely you are going to have to pay them for nothing and yet call another company to fix the problem. I tried to call to get a discounted bill because he recommended another company and didn't do anything. She said regardless of them fixing anything they have to pay their electricians and we have to pay them for coming out. So I guess they can just go to the house calls, do absolutely no work, and still get paid. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMPLETE ELECTRICAL SOLUTIONS!!!!

Had a great experience with the Complete team at multiple commercial locations, they go out of their way to do the right thing and go beyond. Great with new or remodels, Corbin has also been a great great help! Keep it up team!

Checked the reviews. Thought I would give them a try. Am 81 years old. Have used many services through the years. Mostly handyman that usually try to bump up the price. Ended up doing things over or taking care of them myself. At my present age my wife tells me to have them done! Used Complete Electrical Solutions. Couldn’t be happier! Large enough to do anything you need. Nice enough to do what you want. I’m usually very critical. They are reasonable, responsible and efficient. My best compliment. I WOULD USE AGAIN! Thanks!!

Main breaker went out Saturday, called in spoke to Mike the owner, he was awesome and reponded immediately. Chris was dispatched to help. Wow, the service level between the two of them was OUTSTANDING. Chris showed shortly after i called, had me up and running in no time. Thank you both for the professionalism, service, communication, and simply taking care of a client. A lost art and you guys crushed it.

We were having a few issues with electrical in our 100 year-old home. We have active knob and tube in the attic and a few other places in the house. We were dreading the estimate. Chris came out and looked everything over. Turns out it was a few easy fixes and three hours later all three of our issues were fixed. Very reasonable rates!

I have used Complete Electric in the past and have been very happy with their service. Recently, I called to find out what their hourly rate was to install some light fixtures and set up an appointment. They did the work and I received a bill and it was twice as much as what I expected. They didn’t tell me that they would be sending two people and it would be double the rate. When I called about the invoice and what I was told they did nothing to rectify it. One of the people they sent was a trainee and they said the only time they wouldn’t charge for two people was if it was a trainee situation. I pointed out that it was a trainee but still refused to adjust the bill. They do great work but just be aware of this and ask more questions if setting up an appointment.

So Jason and Corbin are the best humans! This company came through. Like for real. Bad mamajamas. My people! I was told it would be $6000 to fix my issue and they fixed it in minutes and for the fraction of the original prices I was quoted by another company. I'll say it again, bad mamajamas. Done! Rant over. Totally satisfied. FAFO!! Find out!! I know I'm seem silly but I've been through hell with my AC going out and the flood we had. And Corbin actually called me back to give me a little crumb more of information because he's a good person. These people are legit. Like they actually cared what we had going on over here. That's the world to me.

This is the BEST electrician! Look no further! Benjamin was brave, knowledgeable, and fast! I had called several other companies prior, who damaged my home, took my money, and weren’t brave enough, to dig into my wall, to find the damage. But not Benjamin, I told him, amd right away, he just lifted up the siding, and found the damaged electrical wire. My home could have caught on fire, but God sent me this wonderful man, and I’m so grateful! Thank you! And God Bless! 🫶🙏

He is amazing!! I called to see if I could have a Neem 14-50 outlet installed the same day (called around noon and he came around 6pm on a Sunday) he was very professional, pleasant to speak with and very knowledgeable. Said it would take roughly 1hr and 30 minutes for the installation and he was done around 45 minutes in. While he was working on my outlet, my dogs chewed up a wire from the AC unit on the backyard and I asked if he could take a look, he obliged and said it was an easy fix. Another 10-15 minutes and he fixed the AC wire. Saved me another call and he was just very nice and I will be using him for my future electric work!! 10/10 highly recommend!

This is a very hard working company. Benjamin was taking calls left and right but still got the job done for me while helping others.

He was able to come out next day (circumstances allowed) and he got me a new outlet installed in no time. Tested it and ensured everything was good before leaving.

Very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Will 100% use again.
