We now have used Vuta twice and again same great service and price. Very friendly and fast as well. I wish they offered all home services we would only use them for all of our needs.

*****This was of the best experiences I have had with a service based call ever. He was very fast and his price was $130.00 less than I was quoted by another company. We had some lights that started flickering and learned it was a bad breaker, which could of led to a possible fire eventually. As a new home owner I wish it was this easy to fix other needs around the house. I wish he did HVAC/Plumbing etc because he would be the only person Id call ever again.

Great service called at 10:30 pm on a Sat and they had the electric fixed with the furnace on by 11:50 pm, with temperatures going down to 18 degrees by morning it was an emergency and I highly recommend using this company. Very friendly and efficient.

UPDATE: 11/22:
Needed a bit more electrical work done, and after calling Ben was directed to his website to set up the window of time. I did so, got an email confirmation, and I was there. Nobody ever arrived. I can understand being busy, but just not showing up and not communicating wasted my time. If they show up, I've had good experience, but getting them to arrive can be a challenge.

ORIGINAL REIVEW: I called Ben this morning, and he said he could be here between 4 - 6. A few minutes before 4, he texted me to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional, and did an outstanding job. He also taught me a few things about the switches.
Overall, a really great job. The price was reasonable and fair, the service was top notch, and the responsiveness was great. I have had other electrical work done in the past, and not been nearly as satisfied. Ben does the job as it is supposed to be done. I will not call anyone else the next time I'm in need, and neither should you.

A Saturday emergency electrical fire. Ben came out immediately and fixed the outlet and replaced a combo light switch. Holiday weekend was saved.
Friendly, polite, punctual, knowledgeable and reasonable pricing.

I had smoke and carbon monoxide detectors installed in my house. Ben suggested I go ahead and buy them from Lowe's. Specifically, the hard wired ones. I did find out later that one of my carbon monoxide detectors had a design flaw. But obviously that wasn't Ben's fault. The detector kept going off. So I called the fire department. They replaced the batteries and fixed the one detector. I also found out I had a gas leak outside by the gas meter. Had to call Spire to fix that. Lol

Beniamin was fast with reasonable prices. He found a more affordable way to resolve my problem, so I had to pay less than the original amount we agreed on. Can’t recommend him enough.

Benjamin with Vuta electric was courteous and efficient. He moved our microwave to a different circuit because it was tripping the breaker on the original circuit. He also corrected some issues with light installs done recently by a handy man that weren’t to code. Highly recommend.

Back in 2020, Vuta Electric handled some electrical work at our church when I was the Senior Pastor, and I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Our electrical wiring was dangerous, but the electrician worked by himself and tackled the problem with professionalism and expertise. He was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly, ensuring I understood the work that needed to be done. The quality of his work was outstanding, and he left the church clean and tidy afterward. I highly recommend Vuta Electric for any electrical needs. His expertise and customer service are top-notch!

Ben Vuta is very competent and does a great job. He recently installed a light pole on my property. It works great. Right now he's the only guy I'm willing to call.

Ben was able to come out the same day I called and fix my issue within 30 minutes. He was quick and professional and I'll definitely be using them again if the need arises.

After contacting several 24-hour electricians (power out due to lightning strike), Ben was the only one to actually show up on a Sunday. He was able to reset an outside breaker on our meter pole. (I had tried and was unable to do so.)
No replacement parts needed - problem solved!

He then suggested a heavy-duty surge protection device for this circuit box to protect the whole house from future strikes. I wholeheartedly agreed. He was off to Menards to pick one up, back within the hour, and had it up and working in about 10 minutes.

Ben's a master electrician and knows his stuff. More importantly, he provided outstanding service in our situation and charged very reasonable prices (ESPECIALLY for an after -hours call on a Sunday)!

Benjamin is very professional, went the extra mile, and did a great job. He noticed that I needed a whole house surge protector and suggested it. I appreciate his attention to detail. I would hire him again!

We had Vuta electric out to our house for several projects. Two were completed successfully and two projects needed estimates. We never received the estimates for these projects or jobs. No one ever contacted us about the estimates or the jobs. We were very disappointed with their professionalism and follow up with us.

11/17/2024 We had Ben out again for more repairs, always willing to help, great guy and scheduled for more services in 2 weeks.
Benjamin came out a few minutes after I called him. What a nice man I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you so much for such fast and great service, God Bless all. Susie Whitman

When our organ power switch failed right before a big concert, Benjamin was awesome and saved the day! Despite our efforts, we were unable to locate the breaker to stop power to the switch. Again, Benjamin was amazing and did a hot swap on the switch for us. 10/10 would highly recommend!

TL;DR: Give him a chance but if they no-call no-show, don't waste your PTO rescheduling.

Got a spam text from this company to leave a review at 4am on Friday. I tried to use this company in 2021 -- they no-call no-showed three days in a row, costing me around 4-5 hours of PTO from my work. The first time he didn't show up, I called him to see what was up, and he said he was overbooked. OK, I get it, so we rescheduled for the next day. The next day, he didn't show up, so I called him and he said that he was handling an "electrical emergency." OK, I get it, one more reschedule. The next day, he didn't show up, so I called him and he said that he "was tired, can we reschedule" (at 8am) Sure, why not, reschedule for the next day. The next day, I gave him fifteen minutes to show up and when he didn't I cut my losses and went to work. I ended up just fixing the problem myself.

I am sure he is a fine electrician, if he shows up. Quite a few reviews here mention no-call no shows. I'd say give Vuta a chance but if you get a no-call no-show, just cut your losses and go somewhere else.

I am very "live, let live." I decided to not leave a review at the time because I didn't want to harbor a grudge. But y'all woke me up at 4am on my day off three years later asking for a review, so here it is. God bless.

Benjamin was amazing! He worked us into his schedule the next business day. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it. He was so friendly and personable as well as professional. The price was very reasonable. I cannot recommend him enough. Hopefully I won’t need an electrician again, but if I do it will absolutely be Benjamin Vuta.

His work was great. My only complaint was that he didn’t show up on the day/time as planned. He said he’d gotten tied up at his last appointment. I understand that happens, but a text or phone call would have been nice to let me know he needed to reschedule.

Working with Benjamin & Vuta Electrical was an enjoyable experience. Usually working with contractors for various jobs, there is a level of stress and plain anxiousness. Benjamin made it very easy and we knew the cost of the project and what we could do reduce that cost as much as possible. They were punctual and kept on schedule for our project. I would recommend Vuta Electrical without hesitation.
