We will never need to call any other electric company again! Mr. Electric will be our only service provider from now on! Diagnosed the problem within minutes, professional and polite and thank goodness. Learned that prior electrician did not provide enough breakers and combined master bedroom and bathroom together causing melted wire in box. We just lost our house 2 years ago because of a fire, a complete loss, but we rebuilt. I can't stop thinking of what horrible situation we could have done in AGAIN, if this issue was not addressed. David was very efficient in figuring out our problem and fixing it. He also did diagnostics of the breaker box and gave us useful recommendations for updating it.

After having a tankless water heater installed by the plumbers, I needed it wired in. This wasn't just hooking up the old 3 wires I had for the old water heater. This job required 4 40 amp circuits. I called 3 other electricians, being told it would be between a week to two weeks before they could come out. When I called Mr. Electric they told me they could be out the next morning. When Tanner arrived, he explained what I needed and how it needed to be done. I accepted the quote, and he got right to work. It took a few hours to source some parts for my GE panel, but by days end I had hot water. He came back the next morning to make do the home inspection that they do. For a 73 year old home, it passed pretty well. I would have to say they go above and beyond to do the quality work they promise. The price is a little steep, but getting hot water is priceless in my book.

He again arrived at the scheduled time to complete the project promptly. James was very professional in appearance, actions and took pride in his work. David was right on time, very patient, helpful, friendly, hardworking a just outstanding gentleman. He was able to troubleshoot my issues and gave me a fair price and completed it all with a little time to spare! Would definitely recommend David again.

The service was excellent, as was the work done. My only concern was the price involved. We had a light switch installed, as well as two smoke alarms, for a total of just over $800. This cost seemed a bit excessive to us, for the actual amount of work involved.

The technician, Tanner, did an excellent job. He was detailed and knowledgeable. He remained patient even when the electric company, Liberty, was an hour behind schedule and took his time with the task. He ensured that I was aware of the cost beforehand, so there were no unexpected charges. My only critique would be the need for more communication from the main office between the initial estimate call and the actual service date. Nevertheless, the office staff was always very kind and helpful whenever I called. I would definitely use them again and will gladly refer anyone who is in need of electrical services.

I understand why Mr Electric has such high reviews. It’s definitely on point. I called and talked to Kathleen. I told her my concerns about a possible issue with wiring that was keeping me awake every night that another electrician wasn’t getting back to me. She said that she would try to fit me in as early as possible but we booked a time anyway. She called me back not long after and said this afternoon opened up! She remembered me and got me in. She was so understanding and compassionate with her concern. James was able to drop by. He did an inspection and calmed my fears. He was so informative and knowledgeable that he really made me feel comfortable. He took the time to explain things in detail and made sure I didn’t have any more questions. Had James out for a week to work on our home after a lightning strike. Awesome experience from beginning to end, very friendly, professional, and thorough. The electrician showed up diagnose the problem and called our landlord. After that he immediately got to work and was done in a timely manner. He kept his work area clean and everything is installed properly as far as visuals go. While he was here he also suggested a few other minor points that should be replaced and they got those done as well. Very happy with the service.

Tanner was great! Explained everything, so I could understand. Very nice guy! Since he checked everything, I feel so much more at ease. I will definitely have him back, when I can fix the things he recommended!

I had James come by yesterday to install some new fixtures. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and explained everything that needed to be done. He completed a thorough inspection that revealed some minor issues we were unaware of that he was able to resolve. He also offered some electrical upgrades that could be installed. Overall the work was done quickly and professionally. I am very pleased and will utilize Mr Electric in the future for electrical needs.

We needed the lines from our electric pole to the house replaced and the team at Mr. Electric of Southwest Missouri has been nothing short of amazing. It was a long journey because I had some miscommunications with my Co-op, but Mr. Electric was there for me through it all.
Both Serenity and Juliana were unfailingly polite on the phone, even when I had to called repeatedly in a short period of time.
Our technicians, Alex and Eric were professional, friendly and provided us with several options of how we could proceed. They were on time, got everything installed quickly, neatly, and to code, and cleaned up after themselves. I could write a book on how great these two were.
