James serviced some of the outlets in my apartment today! He was thorough and polite and got the job done quickly. He also noticed a few other issues which hadn’t been caught yet so he will be coming back to fix those as well. I highly recommend their services.

Curt was my service provider. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable.i needed my service right away and he came out that very same day. Even offered a free electrical inspection of a home I just bought and moved into. I most definitely appreciate it the service I received.

The serviceman arrived half an hour earlier and kept in communication the whole time from start to finish. He even brought in a second guy to help get it done quicker! They were friendly, efficient and gave me a better than fair price for parts and labor. When they were done he called the City Inspector and he in turn got City Utilities out to my house before sundown. I was able to turn my power back on in the same day! He was honest and even kind to my cats who were out of sorts. I'd refer these guys to everyone!

Brandon went above and beyond to take good care of us. He was fast and polite. The work he did was great too. I’ll call for him again if we need anymore work done and I know we will! Remodeling a home can be stressful and he made it easier for us.

I forgot the gentleman's name that came out, but on my work order installing. My light fixtures was not on that work order. However, he did add it the day that he came out to fix my electrical problems even though he had his daughter's birthday party. He did not hesitate 1 bit to stay and put up my light fixtures.
And he'd done everything rather quickly. He even swept my floor which I was impressed
Because I was just going to make another appointment to get my light fixtures installed. And he said to me, there was no need to do that. Since he was already out here and I did appreciate that. Whenever we decide to do the remodeling in our kitchen, we do plan on calling Mr.Electric And I hope I can find my card because I would like for the same gentleman to come back out. He was very pleasant.

Have have used their services a few times now and it has always been a great experience. The service professionals such as Josh and Brandon are great. They always arrive on time, do a thorough check of the project(s) you are wanting to complete and then quickly knock it out. I encourage you to give them a shot the next time you have an electrical need

The overall experience was great! Super polite and efficient from soup to nuts. Joey arrived when he was scheduled to give me an estimate and you could really tell he cared about what he was doing wanted to make sure my issues were addressed. When it came time to schedule the actual fix, I communicated with Kathleen via email text and over the phone. Each interaction was great. Again the whole team was efficient, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Again, Joey showed up when promised, was crazy nice and solved every issue I had and even an issue I didn't realize i had which leaves me set up better for future upgrades. I could not recommend Mr. Electric and their team more!

Tanner Malone was super nice and took care to explain to us any changes recommended and any of our requested changes. He was timely and super responsive, respectful of our house, and I couldn’t recommend him more. When he explained the cost on several different projects he did so in detail and explained any differences.

Had a great experience! Easy to make an appointment, and didn’t have to wait forever to get someone out. Good communication. Showed up when they said they would. Clearly explained the costs. Reasonable price. Work was done professionally. Cleaned up well afterward. Brandon even came back after hours to follow up.

He listen to our concerns and responded on what needed to be done to repair it. He also checked all of our outlets, etc in our home then made suggestions on what could be done to bring us up to code. There was no pressure. He made a list of repairs as well as the cost. He left it up to us as to what we wanted replaced or repaired. He was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with! We will definitely call Mr. Electric for our future electrical needs!

Nathaniel is very experienced and professional. We had a hard task to fix and he did it. We were educated on surge protectors and glad we got them.

Tanner Malone was courteous, punctual, knowledgeable, and tidy. He didn’t mind me peeking in as he worked and took the time to explain the importance of each step. I am very pleased with the experience and grateful for the prompt service.

Now if you want an honest and professional electrician, call them. They did show up on time, scheduling was a breeze and all communication was outstanding. The issue I had was simple, just a displaced breaker which they fixed immediately. I live pretty far up in the mountains and I was expecting a hefty service call fee, but they didn't even want to charge me. Now that is rare, and it tells us something about the ethical standards at this company. They do get it. Anyway, kudos, exceptional service from Alyssa and team. You won't regret using them.

Freelance was awesome! I Googled electricians in the area, they appeared to have great reviews. I called, Chris answered, but he was on another job. Said his wife would call to schedule, and she called me within the hour. He came over that afternoon to install my new light fixtures! I will definitely call on them again

We needed a generator hookup last minute before a big snowstorm and Alyssa helped squeeze us in. Chris was very helpful and walked us through everything we needed to know. Since our house is older with really weird wiring it wasn’t straightforward. So Chris took extra time double checking all our different panel setups. We’ve got more projects so will definitely be ongoing customers.

I highly recommend Freelance Electric. We had an urgent and potentially dangerous problem with a 60+ year old electrical service panel and a mast that was breaking loose from the eve of our family cabin. Chris made himself available to quickly quote and schedule the work to fit within a very narrow window. Alyssa was very helpful in providing answers to several questions that allowed me to make a fast decision. Chris's work was excellent, cost was very reasonable and his customer service was very much appreciated.

I recommend this company for any electrical needs u might have, 10/10! They were prompt in getting out to my house to give an estimate and then were available to do the job within 3 days after the estimate! They have fair pricing and I felt that was quoted a good price with excellent quality. I also would like to note that they made sure to follow up after the service to ensure that I was satisfied, which is refreshing as most companies don't care about customers after they get the money. The team at Freelance Electric is great and super friendly!! I was in the process of selling my home and needed something done quickly prior to closing. I called many different places and they couldn’t come out for a week or two. From the moment I reached out they were extremely helpful.
