Stan, Justin, Chris and the rest of the team who installed my fence were excellent. The installation looks very nice and sturdy. My wife and I are very pleased with this company.

I have admired the quality of Robinson Fence Company for quite some time as I see their logos on fences all over town around Springfield. However the other day I went to the MSU Bears game and was up close an personal with some of their work as I was standing outside the Missouri State Bears football stadium I was informed that Robinson Fence also did all the fencing around the new sports facilities on campus I was very impressed with that quality of that work. I wish I would have used them on my privacy fence in my own backyard I had done a few years ago. I know who to call next time I need some fencing work done.

Been waiting 4 months for them to complete my simple residential fence project, about 40 yards left. They keep bumping me down their 'list', and worse yet they give me attitude when I call to inquire.

If and when they finally complete my project I'll update my rating.

I just had my fence installed last month and my fence looks great! Everyone from Stan, who came and gave me my bid, to the crew installing the fence were great to work with and did a great job!

Stay away from Robinson Fence Company! I don't know how this company stays in business. The receptionist is rude, the employees that come out to do the work are rude and the owner won't return calls when there is a problem. I called these roughnecks when I needed a fence repair made and a new gate. Big mistake. A job that I was told would take "a couple of hours" took 2 days. The final bill I was given was almost twice as much as the original quote I was given. I still haven't gotten in touch with the owner as he is "never in" when I call.

My parents had a privacy fence put up the fence between us and the neighbors wasn't that great, and they have a pit bull that comes off as extremely viscous which also kept our dog from wanting to go out. I would recommend this company for future work anytime.

The crew of this company did an amazing job from removal of old fence to install of new fence with double gate with metal framing to better support the gates.

I needed to have my 20yr old 6ft privacy fence replaced. I would say there is at least 500 feet of fence in total and three gates – one 10’ wide with double doors. I did my due diligence and chose Robinson Fence not only because of their low price, but they were very detailed in what they would be doing and was very good in communicating and setting expectations. They worked around my schedule and finished within the timeframe established.

The quality of their cedar fence is superb, and as I mentioned they offered a great price because they own their own mill and pass on that savings to their customers. I have had so many compliments on my fence and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

In full disclosure, since the time of installation I needed them to come back due to settling causing my back gate to not close.....they responded same day and took care of my problem without any extra cost to me. love their desire for customer satisfaction, I would use them again for any fencing needs.

We have had multiple fences on multiple properties installed by Robinson. It is nearly impossible to get them on the phone if a new part is needed or the is a damaged section. We called today as a fence was hit by a car. Obviously not Robinsons fault. We called as we needed a replacement panel. We were told they don't do fence repairs. We tried to explain we weren't asking for a repair, we wanted to purchase a whole new panel. Zero help. We have had nonstop issues with every gate they have installed and getting replacement parts for them as also been a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and call any other fence company in Springfield. While the experience may start out well, there is no follow up and no customer service to speak of in the end. I am giving them 2 starts instead of 1 as the fence did look okay to begin with. But we will not use them again.

Robinson Fence Company was able to meet deadline and finished the work on time. The fence was done professionally and I'm very satisfied with their work. I would recommend them and hire again for future jobs.

I would know that I would be served with a reputable company providing honesty and a quality workmanship! This was proven to be true and I continue to enjoy my fence to support my backyard landscaping! Also our Home Owners Association has put in a beautiful secure Robinson Fence for our pool area! We utilized Robinson Fence Company to install a 4 foot fence to help corral our kids. We loved the beautiful cedar wood used and the fence looks great. The crew was efficient and installed the fence when promised. The price we paid was lower than other bids received. I even referred Robinson Fence to my Dad who is the pickiest person I know. They installed a 6 ft privacy fence at his house and he is a satisfied customer as well!

Robinson built approximately 120 feet eastern cedar privacy fence and approximately 120 feet western cedar picket fence. Stan was very patient with my questions and very helpful with any concerns or issues. I am happy with my fence.

Fence was installed at a high quality, as it should be. But the customer service was above and beyond. They came out multiple times to answer my questions and listen to me change my mind on the details. Installation was always started and completed sooner than expected. Phone calls were always answered or returned quickly. They even ran into an issue with AT&T during the process, and they took it upon themselves to work it out the with company. No extra charges on top of our quote. Great experience from start to finish!

Robinson Fence did an excellent job when installing our new privacy fence. Rob and Bill worked with proficiency to construct the fence. Would highly recommend Robinson Fence for any type of fence installation. Rob and Bill worked above and beyond the installation when they made repairs to existing chain link walk and drive gates.
