Stan was very knowledgeable and responsive. The installation team were friendly and efficient. They kept the work area clean and my new wood fence looks amazing. The gate feels sturdy with high quality hardware.

We had an aluminum fence installed in our backyard. The necessary materials were in short supply and were backordered. We were frequently updated on the status of the materials by Stan. When they were available, we were quickly scheduled for installation. Bill and Rob worked diligently to insure the fence was installed properly. Unfortunately, they came up one post short so they made a temporary fix and will return as soon as the post is available to complete the job.

They started our job weeks earlier than they had anticipated (with most contracting jobs, start times are delayed, at least somewhat). My job was fairly large for a residential job, they said, and they had the old fence taken down and the new one installed in 5 days, and that included dealing with weather. We are extremely happy with all aspects of our experience with Robinson fence, especially the work ethic of the gentlemen that built our fence!

I would highly recommend this company. About two weeks after I received my estimate, I was on the schedule, and they were prepping to install my fence. Nick and Drew worked really hard to get it completed. I appreciate all the hard work put in to making sure I was satisfied with the finished project. It looks really good. Thank you, crew!

I am providing an update from my previous review listed below. As you can see, a representative of the company responded after our review and did give us the opportunity to back out, but at this point it would not have made sense since most reputable companies are months out on their jobs as we discovered calling around. That said, they were able to work us in to complete the job in January. They did really good work on the fence and even walked the fence with my wife to mark pickets that developed significant cracks or were damaged during installation so they could replace them before finishing. Again, Stan specifically was great to work with through the process. We are happy with the work. I'm updating my review, but leaving the original review for reference.

Providing a warning for other potential customers - We scheduled our residential fence job at the end of July with an install date of December. They then pushed our job back to January as we got close. We were respectful and patient. We understand that things can happen to cause delays. We called at the end of December to check on things, and they pushed us back again to March! This is incredibly unprofessional. To add to the frustration, we had to sign a contract at the beginning that has a 10% cancellation fee. We called the company and asked for an explanation for why they keep delaying, and we did not get one. They told us that they would not waive that fee even though they are the ones who keep moving the needle. I will say that our experience with Stan, who came out and provided the estimate, was positive. It just would appear that they are not managing their jobs well. We are incredibly frustrated at this point. I am providing a negative review and will update my review depending on how things play out.

Rob and Bill installed our fence and they did an amazing job. Very professional and quick. Didn’t expect to get our fence for a couple days but we got it completed 4 days early and we are so thankful! Great job Robinson Fence and thank you to Bill and Rob again!

Robinson Fence Company installed a chain link fence around a school playground and also around our new track at our high school and did a tremendous job. The quality of work is outstanding. They moved at a quick pace to complete the install. They handled minor finishing touches on our walk-through to sign out. I appreciate the install crew and the great job they did. Both our playground and track facility look outstanding with the new fence installed. I highly recommend them.

We have used Robinson Fence two times and really like them. They are very responsive and the price is very reasonable compared to some other companies in Springfield. While here working, they were extremely nice, listened to our needs and concerns, and addressed whatever we needed done. They also communicated very well, letting us know when the material was delayed (out of their control), when they would be starting, when they would be back if the weather was bad, etc. I was very impressed that they were still here working when the temperatures were cold and it was windy. I highly recommend them.

So happy with my experience with Robinson Fence Company! They we communicative, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job! Stan in sales was so wonderful and make the experience truly pleasant. Rob and Adam did amazing work! So professional and helpful; even helped me save a few plants that needed to be relocated. I definitely recommend! Thank you Rob, Adam, and Stan!!!

Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Staff

I had a very frustrating experience with Robinson Fence, and I feel compelled to share it. The biggest issue wasn’t even the fence itself—it was the incredibly poor customer service. In particular, the office assistant named Stacy was consistently rude and dismissive whenever I called with questions or concerns. Rather than being helpful, she acted as if I was an inconvenience.

It’s disappointing to deal with a company that treats customers this way, especially when you’re investing in a service for your home. I expected basic professionalism and respect, but instead I was met with attitude and a lack of accountability.

If customer service matters to you, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of companies out there that understand how to treat their clients with decency and professionalism—unfortunately, Robinson Fence is not one of them.

My yard had some complications (stubborn stumps right along the fence line, etc) and these guys did a FANTASTIC job setting up a privacy fence on my new home. My dogs love the yard and I love the new fence!

After fence was installed i requested a different gate and a couple other fixs that just needed fix, the crew showed up and completely repaired what I hated and did a wonderful job, I would recommend them for your fencing needs

The crew was very courteous, experienced, and willing to listen to suggestions. All in all the whole experience was very nice.I will and already have recommend them to other people.

Robinson Fence was a great choice for my residential privacy fence. Their quote was prompt and reasonable. They were able to start work just a few weeks after we sign an agreement. The crew that installed the fence were professional and courteous. The team worked quickly and even helped even out some spots in my yard. I highly recommend Robinson Fence for any fence projects.
