Bought the house a year ago. We had an outfit come in and clean the dryer vent, approx 20 feet long. Bought new dryer, months later started getting an error message regarding air flow. Discovered a bunch of 90 degree bends under the house which obviously was restricting flow to the outside vent. Didn't bother calling back the same company. Looked up Dryer Vent Wizard, read the reviews and hired them to get everything up to spec, which they did. James explained everything clearly and showed us the readings of his testing. No more error messages, the dryer doesn't shut off, and you can feel the air flowing strongly from the vent outside. We will have them back in a year to test again. Would recommend, would hire again.

I’m going to make arrangements to have my vent moved to the front of the house which will add to dryer efficiency (presently, my vent runs over 32’ from front to back of the house. Long run!!

We greatly appreciate Bryan at Dryer Vent Wizard for being so quick to get our vents cleaned out and avoid us having any more issues with the birds making the nests! All of the men worked very hard, was respectful of our facility and we definitely would recommend the company for anyone needing great service. They always kept in touch and let us know what was going on. Also I have to say they made a special effort to get us done before we got really busy for the season, in spite of the rain and other obstacles! Great job guys!!!

I reached out to this company on Sunday about tending to our dryer, which had been showing signs of being clogged for a couple of weeks. They got us on schedule in record time and were very thorough in all communication, including a phone call from the local owner with a detailed breakdown of what to expect with our visit. James arrived today at the time I was given (an exact time, not a window) and conducted the service we needed. He also explained his findings clearly and got us taken care of all same day visit. The cost was incredibly reasonable. Overall, very impressed. We will use them again if the need arises!

Made my appointment over the phone with a number that might have been a call center but then Brian, I think the manager of the actual office in Springfield, called me to let me know he appreciated our business and talked us through the process and gave us realistic pricing expectations. Also the technician was early (they gave us notice) they didn’t have to be early, and I know they would’ve been on time any way. Super nice and thorough and knew what he was talking about and doing. Would definitely use again for all our duct needs.

James was great!! They were the first people in town who could get out to my house, which I really needed!! They were reasonably priced compared to a few others I got quotes from. Completely fixed my dryer vent issue and made sure it was all working properly before leaving! Great communication and keeping me up to date as to when they would be at my house so I didn't have to miss too much work! Highly recommend them!! Thank yall!

I received a call the day of my service to advise my technician was running a bit late. When he arrived, he was courteous, friendly and very efficient. He explained the entire process of the inspection. Completed the inspection, explained the issues and asked if I was okay with his recommendations, which i was. He completed the work in about an hour. He showed me what was done and left. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Especially those with a gas dryer. I feel safer and I know my dryer will operate better moving forward

We are very impressed and 💯 happy with the work Dryer Vent Wizard did for us. From working with Brian to schedule our appointment and Johnathan performing the work. Johnathan was so thorough and explained in detail the work he was going to do. Very prompt, friendly, and most importantly, honest company!!!

I contacted them via their main number for a simple dryer vent cleaning. The person that answered the phone was vague on details and told me I had to have someone come out to inspect my dryer vent before they would recommend any work or even tell me how much a vent cleaning was. The charge for this inspection is $39. I didn't like the vagueness and decided to continue looking for other services. Brian (local manager) calls me a couple hours later and does offer a better explanation of the inspection process and service. I decide to schedule the inspection with them.

James shows up and seems very knowledgeable - but also seems to be selling snake oil. My house not new but also not old and was well built. James tells me they can't even clean the duct due to one spot of rust on the exterior of my duct (visible in the crawl space). The net result is a $933 estimate to replace my entire dryer vent. I just wanted a vent cleaning. I appreciate the input but don't appreciate the upsell of trying to get me to pay for more than I need.

I will be going with a different service and will not call Dryer Vent Wizard again.
