Randy cleaned, secured and installed leaf and debris protection on our existing gutters. They appear to be very well done. We have not seen what happens when we get a good rain as it hasn’t rained since he did the work. I do fully expect to have good results. Too early to know

Very pleased with the overall job Randy and his family did. I talked with Randy on a Saturday, he came out that afternoon and gave me an estimate. Told me it might be a couple of weeks. By Thursday of that week they were on the job. Repaired the eave on the back of my house, cleaned all the gutters, installed the gutter guards and cleaned up after and were finished by Friday. I purchased a very old home and it needed a LOT of work. This company is the absolute BEST! Professional, extremely courteous, and finished the work when promised. He went above and beyond by cutting branches that were on our very tall roof while he was up high. If you need any work done on your gutters this is the company. Randy did a great job in installing the Leaf Slugger gutter guards on our existing gutters. He was prompt in responding to our initial request for a quote, gave a reasonable quote and did the work promptly. He took care not to disturb the landscaping we have around our home and took pictures along the way to show us that everything was installed. Now we can't wait for the first rain! He cleaned out the gutters and also readjusted any gutters that needed to be realigned so the rain water flows down to the downspouts. We highly recommend him!

I called Randy out to get an estimate on installing a Leaf Slugger Gutter Protection System. The estimate process was fast, painless and comprehensive. During the estimate process, Randy identified a few other areas that he would be able to improve the overall performance of my existing gutters to help ensure the water had the easiest path to the downspouts. The estimate came back with a cost that was acceptable and within a week Randy had the materials ordered and a date scheduled to install the product. He sent me pictures of the work as progress was made and was incredibly helpful in regard to any questions I had. Overall the entire process from estimate to payment was exactly what I had hoped for. Update from previous five star review: Installing my own gutter guards I saw the quality of install wasn't great. I had to do touch up work while putting my gaurds on, including adding caulk to fix leaks and end caps. The finish on the Alside brand metal stained very quickly. Alside refuses to sell touch up paint or provide a paint code to consumers, I tried to call Love's for some help with that and never got a call back.

Love’s installed new seamless gutters and leaf guards for us but positioned them incorrectly so the rain was overflowing into walkway areas instead of going thru the downspouts. They came back and repositioned (lowered the angle) but while here determined that two additional downspouts were needed and cut the holes for them in the guttering. They said they would be back to add those the next week. That’s been FIVE MONTHS AGO! We’ve tried to reach them on several occasions because the water is pooling heavily around my foundation when it rains since it goes straight down through the holes that they cut! This will cause issues to our foundation plus be extremely slick in winter!!! They do not return my phone calls, do not respond to text or emails.

I am very disappointed in the end results that Steve Love did for me. I live in a mobile home and have a metal roof. Steve came out gave me an estimate on a guttering, which I felt was a fair price. He put 5inch guttering on and it looks really nice. However, when it rains it does not go in the guttering it runs over the side. Now I know nothing about guttering but looking on the internet they say mobile homes and metal roofs need 6inch gutters. I called Steve and he came back out, he discussed the solution with a carpenter who has many years of experience on what needed to be done to fix the issue, Steve's response was he had to talk to his wife. I have since tried to contact Steve and have texted him numerous times and his solution is to put 8inch guttering and that would cost me more money. I feel since this is his profession he should have known from the get go what needed to be done.

I was VERY impressed with this company. We live in country about an hour drive from Springfield, MO. It is rather difficult to get anybody to work on our house due to the distance factor. I found Steve's estimate to be very fair for the job we needed done. However, when a violent electrical storm hit during the installation and he had to stop the install due to dangerous lightning, he told me that he would be back the next day. Since the major part of the work was already completed (80' seamless guttering and leaf guard), I insisted that he not worry about the downspouts since it would entail another TWO HOUR PLUS just in travel time. I told him that it was fine with me to simply wait until business slowed down right before winter set in. Three days later, he was back completing the job. It looks great. GREAT VALUE and SERVICE. I highly recommend LOVE SEAMLESS GUTTERS!!
