Penny's Cleaning has provided excellent cleaning for almost a year. They arrive on time and do what they agreed to do. They even keep track of different things I want them to do like cleaning my office waste basket or making sure to clean under my beds every time. I've been very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend it.

Penny’s teams are quick and thorough. They are willing to work with pet-specific needs, and work around odd schedules. I appreciate that I didn’t have to go through every item or task, but they were ready to come in and clean the house too to bottom. Penny herself seeks feedback and is very responsive. I cannot say enough good things about Penny’s!

Absolutely phenomenal!

I was a bit leery at first to hire a third-party cleaning service. My wife has a debilitating illness and can’t devote the time or energy to cleaning that she once did. I tried to pick up the slack but my cleaning standards aren’t quite as high as hers.

I did some research online and came across this company with a lot of positive reviews. The person I spoke with to setup service was super nice and gave me plenty of info to help set our minds at ease. The first cleaning visit came shortly thereafter and OMG!! These people are amazing!

Truly a top-to-bottom cleaning approach, everything you can possibly think of. They were all super friendly and considerate and left the house spotless! They even exceeded my wife’s expectations, which is tough to do!

I highly recommend this company for any cleaning needs you may have. Friendly, thorough, and great at what they do!

This was my first experience having my house cleaned professionally. They were fantastic. A crew of 3 showed up and got to work immediately. They were all super friendly, loved on my pets and worked really hard the entire time. The team-lead was very communicative about what they would be able to accomplish during their visit so I had clear expectations of what would be done. My kitchen and bathroom look cleaner than they ever have! Will definitely be using them consistently and recommend them to others!

Wish I would have taken before and after pictures! My house was so dusty and the bathrooms (2) we're disgusting and now it's clean.. The time I paid for we couldn't get everything in 1 cleaning.. but they did such an awesome job we are going to have them clean monthly. My husband was the cleaner but do to a shoulder surgery and now chemo treatments it got away from us . So nice to have clean back! Penny's is worth every Penny! And compared to most other cleaners,her prices are hard to beat!

I've used Penny's Cleaning for over a year now and her staff and their service is remarkable. We've never had any issues. They have always been prompt and professional in both their appearance and work. Everything gets cleaned remarkably well! My home is cleaned on a schedule, if something needs to be rescheduled, Penny and her staff are always only a quick text message away. I have referred friends to Penny's Cleaning and they share the same high level of satisfaction.

Booked for a move-in cleaning. Deeply disappointing experience. The invoice had a list of included services that were simply not completed. Even the most obvious things like cobwebs and mouse droppings were not cleaned. I'm not being hyperbolic that we were unsure what cleaning services were completed and if they had made it over for the cleaning. The only way that I knew they were there is that they charged my credit card.

Emails inquiring about what exactly had been cleaned were not answered until I left this review, which is ultimately why I left the review. I own a business and do not leave one star reviews lightly as I know how, in addition to being irksome or hurtful to the business owner, can bring monetary damage to the business, and if you look at my reviews, this is my only one star review, but as I feel that this business has done monetary damage to me, I do not want anyone else to have the same experience we had, and I feel that if other previously unhappy clients had not removed their reviews after receiving a refund, I would have hired someone else to begin with.

I was told all three of my emails were simply missed and after giving a negative review I was communicated with regularly. I did not immediately contact, which I should have done, but did not with the countless number of things we were doing to move during the month.

At the end of the day, a list of services were not completed as promised at best, and were completed in the state we found them by a professional cleaning service at worst.

It’s crazy what you can get used to and let build up in your house before having it cleaned. I didn’t realize just how much dirt and grime was sitting around until Penny’s team came and got rid of it all! The place looks so much better than it has in a good while. The team was also very personable and pleasant to talk to. I look forward to my next cleaning.

Penny and her team are amazing! When my building’s elevator was out, she was super accommodating and quickly rescheduled my first cleaning. It’s such a great feeling to come home to a spotless house—plus, they go the extra mile, noticing and cleaning things that could easily be overlooked. Highly recommend!

This was my first time hiring a professional cleaning service, so I relied heavily on the information provided on the company’s website to choose the right cleaning package. I selected a tier described as appropriate for a deep clean of a 1500–1999 sq ft, 2-bathroom home, which seemed like the right fit for my 1400 sq ft home (with only one bedroom needing cleaning but three bathrooms, plus two living areas and kitchen). I also sent a link to the home’s listing to give them a visual of the layout and surfaces, and asked in advance how to best prepare. I was told just to tidy, which I did.

The cleaning crew was prompt and very polite, and I appreciate that they were friendly and respectful of our space. However, they did not let me know they were running out of time until the very end of the appointment, at which point the lower level of the house received noticeably less attention.

After the team left, I found several areas that appeared skipped or rushed—spots on counters that wiped up easily, missed dusting on the backs of lampshades, a q-tip behind a bathroom trash can, cobwebs, and a noticeably dirty shower door that I was able to clean completely in five minutes using a standard store-bought product. Even basic things like taking out all the bathroom trash or wiping under small items were missed.

I reached out to the owner, who responded that the team likely ran out of time and that some surfaces may require multiple cleanings. While they did offer a 10% discount and waived any overage charges, the core issue is bigger than just a few missed tasks. The cleaning package I chose was advertised as sufficient for a deep clean of a larger home than mine, yet the time clearly wasn’t adequate. I would’ve happily booked additional time if the home was assessed properly. There was also no attempt at the beginning of the appointment to walk through the house, assess the time needed, or ask me to prioritize tasks—something I would’ve gladly done had I known time might be tight.

This review isn’t a critique of the cleaners themselves—they were kind and clearly doing their best—but rather of the misleading nature of the time-based tiers. If the tiers set unrealistic expectations, clients should be given more guidance and transparency about what can reasonably be done in the time allotted as every home is different. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to use this service again.

I highly recommend Penny’s Cleaning! The girls came and cleaned everything so good! They were not mad that my little dog escaped her kennel and followed them around. Did a miracle clean in my mud room and 4 seasons sun room, along with my house. They even cleaned all of my ceiling fans! What I liked the most was how much pride they had for the company and their job with Penny’s Cleaning they radiated happiness. Again I highly recommend them.

Our house hadn't been cleaned well for over three months. It had gotten out of control, as our previous cleaner suddenly left the business. Three people arrived and did an amazing job. They even cleaned our oven, which we weren't expecting!

Pennys did a great job, our home needed desperate help with cleaning from having 4 pets and kids and full time working parents. The cleaning exceeded our expectation and they were very efficient and reasonably priced with Good and fast communication.
