Great job on our house! Bathrooms sparkled, everything looked & smelled so good. I was able to sit & read a book and not feel guilty! Nice to have someone dependable to help catch up on all those household jobs!

Danielle does a terrific job cleaning my home. She is timely and professional, and I can feel the difference in how clean my home is after she leaves. Danielle follows the Maidpro checklist every time, and she does this origami with the toilet paper when she finishes the bathrooms that I think is so fun! Overall I really enjoy this service, and from a cost-basis perspective, the biweekly housecleaning saves me so much time and stress, so I am really pleased with this service!

Ray did an excellent job on my kitchen cabinets and glass stove top! Crystal quickly and efficiently cleaned the bedrooms and bathrooms and I can depend on her to make my house look wonderfully clean! Thanks for the great job! Brittany is friendly and gets right to work. She does a good job and will take care of any special needs I have for leather furniture or extra dog fur!

They did a one-time clean at my house yesterday, including refrigerator and oven. They did an amazing job! My house is the cleanest it's been in years! They were also very communicative - I appreciated that.

I have used maid pro for several years now. Some times it is not optimal, but most of the time, I am very pleased with the final product. Nicki and Olivia were very professional and thorough. And they were also very kind with my child and careful with my home. I would recommend Maid pro to anyone who asks.

While I generally clean our home, & actually like doing it, my schedule has made it a little challenging lately. I needed some extra help, & w/ a few specific things (baseboards etc) so after doing some online research, I signed up to have MaidPro come out. Danielle & Amy were assigned to me, & they were both wonderful! They were easy to communicate with, & understood what I was looking to accomplish during their visit. They were pleasant, professional, thorough, hardworking, & I was very pleased w/ the job they did!!! They were also both very sweet to our 3 older dogs, which meant a lot!!💜 When the time comes for me to need help again, which I’m sure will happen, I’ll absolutely reach back out to MaidPro, & request them again!!😊

Just had a 3bedroom 2full bathroom,1800sq ft house Deep cleaned in under 4 hours. The cleaners (North,Vix, Elliot, and Emily) did an awesome, thorough, efficient job. I just purchased the house and the previous owner was a smoker and didn’t clean. My house smells clean and looks amazing! Will definitely have them come back monthly.

North and Elliot were so quick and efficient! The house looked great. We have 3 dogs and they were easily able to handle all the dog hair. Everything was cleaned according to their checklist and they gave us the opportunity to look everything over to make sure they didn’t miss anything. Highly recommend!

This was my first time with a professional cleaning service. I was a little apprehensive about having "strangers" in my home, but Elliott & North were AWESOME! They did a wonderful job getting in all the nooks & crannies that I couldn't get to myself, cleaned all my wood doors and cabinets, cleaned my blinds where they're back to the color they're supposed to be (I'm a smoker), and cleaned the insides of all my windows. All while being friendly and chatting (in person) with me while doing so. A great team to have in my home!!

12/31/2021: Michelle, cleaned for me today and was a true professional following the 69-point checklist. She worked alone and managed to complete everything on the list with a cheerful thorough detailed job in the amount of time scheduled. Also, she confirmed she had taken both of her Covid-19 shots and booster which made me very comfortable to have her presence in my home, since I also have done the same. Please send her again to help me in my home. Excellent person!

This is the first professional cleaning service I have ever used, and I wasn't sure what to expect. All I can say is, WOW. The whole crew was so friendly and professional and they worked non-stop to make my home shine like new. Highly recommend.

Our house is perfectly clean. My son was happy. My husband was happy and I am happy with how clean it is. We are going to have them clean on a regular basis.

The girls did a great job. But their boss decided to push me later n later in the day. No regards for my schedule at all. My cleaning gets pushed later in the day because they get a new client. Not fair to me at all!! Then I am told about their policy. Which I should of been told about early on!!!

Very professional and showed up every week on the day they were supposed to which is hard to find. Had to have them come re-do things a few times (they didn't think I wanted my floors swept or vacuumed on the deep clean for some reason), very rarely get the same cleaners 2 weeks in a row. Had to remind them to scrub the toilets (on the weekly clean) and dust end tables a few times. They are the type of company that will vacuum around a toy on the living room rug, won't pick it up or move anything. I was willing to put up with all this bc like I said, they show up and clean, until the end when we were asked to increase price to go from weekly cleaning to every two weeks. There was no decrease in cost when we went from every two weeks to every week and I felt we really were not adding value to get weekly cleans as this just kinda seemed to grant license not to be as through. By the end we were paying $174 for less than 1500 square feet and they wanted to up the price even more, so just couldn't justify it.
