Andrea did a great job today. I'm so grateful to her. I have so much more time to spend with my family and to get other things done because of Maidpro. Andrea even brought my cats treats and a toy! AND she brought a craft for my daughter! Love!❤️

Justine is great! She has been to my house twice now and I am very pleased. If anything is missed or I want to add something for next time it has been no issue to communicate that! Great cleaning service!

Maid Pro was very easy to work with. Flexible with my schedule. The young lady they sent to clean did a very good job and since it was her first time to clean alone, Tom came by to check and see how she was doing and if everything was up to their standards. I would highly recommend Maid Pro. I was very pleased.

Kyla does an amazing job cleaning our house! She has great attention to detail and makes sure everything is sparkling clean. Plus she does it all with our 3 dogs underfoot. Thank you for such great service!

Only one technician arrived, hours later a second technician arrived. The company claims a third was sent, but we have a ring camera and can clearly see only two were ever there. They didn’t the floors in the dining room or entry way. They didn’t clean two out of the three bathrooms. When they left no one was notified, all doors were left unlocked and the garage was left wide open. When we called to complain we were told on the phone that we only received 5 hours of cleaning out of the 7 we paid for. We were told we could either have a refund of 2 hours or have a technician come back and pay more to have the services corrected.

I paid for the entire service on March 8th, on March 15th I was not refunded anything but charged yet again. Avoid this company at all costs, they do not do good business.

MaidPro is doing a wonderful job of keeping my house beautifully clean. They are very professional and thorough. Melissa goes above and beyond to spot whatever needs to be cleaned. What I really like the most is that she takes pride in making sure I am happy with the job she does.

** Update 04/20/21- I called and complained about my bathroom. They sent out a new team (different cleaners) and re-cleaned the bathroom. You can actually tell the bathtub is white now! This did not cost me anything additional. So I am raising them to 4 stars since they stood by their promises and made it right. I'd have given them 5 stars if it had been done right the first time.

**Original cleaning date 4/16/21 - I called and got a quote for a serious cleaning of my kitchen & bathroom in specific detail. Not only did they fail at that; they didn't even complete their 49 item checklist. I'm out over $250 and my house still looks like this. Do not use these people! I even tipped in advance as I was not home while they were cleaning.

These people are "amazing". Spoke with their office, and they sent Cliff to evaluate our needs plus expectations. Made an appointment for their service and they showed up and hit the ground running. Josh was the person they sent and he was courteous, efficient, thorough, and did an amazing job. We are in the process of doing some renovations to our house and we will be using them again!!!

Kyla always does such an amazing job! Today she and Amanda cleaned and I have no complaints. Thank you MaidPro for providing such a great service and always leaving my home looking, feeling and smelling great.

We have been very pleased with the MaidPro team since they assigned Brittney Younger to our account. Brittney's attention to detail and care in cleaning our house is only surpassed by her wonderful bright attitude and great customer service. When ever we have something special that needs attention we only need ask and it magically gets done. Brittney ROCKS! North and Elliot were fantastic! I’ve been struggling to keep up with cleaning after having a newborn and they did such a great job taking care of everything and giving me back some sanity!

Kaylee, who cleaned for us today, was professional, communicative and very thorough! I was blown away by her and how my apartment looked when she got done. I would definitely recommend this service if MaidPro's other cleaning associates are as excellent as her!

My other half was diagnosed with cancer back in January, cleaning house was the last thing on my mind. We went thru a different service starting off and was truly disappointed with their professionalism. I'm happy we switched to Maidpro! They are courteous and do a great job cleaning. Danielle was sweet and exceeded my expectations, plus she was awesome with my dogs!

We had a horrible experience in the spring. The cleaning that was done was not done well. They lied about how many people were here and it did not line up with my Ring footage. They admitted to overcharging us and agreed to refund the overcharge in hours but not in team members, because they said it was their logs against my word. Instead of refunding us they refunded the full amount, then charged us a second amount which was even higher. Then disputed that amount. Finally got it settled but I was completely disappointed and frustrated.

I knew that my house needed help. While we do a fine job keeping up with the clutter, that's all there seems to be time for. I didn't know how dusty my house had gotten until Ray arrived and restored our home. I had forgotten the original color of some of the items. My oven had not been cleaned in longer than I care to admit. She took care of it. Not only was she professional, but also a genuinely nice and funny person. I would trust her in my home any time night or day, but her companionship was an extra, free of charge bonus. Ray made my home look gorgeous, and my heart feel happy. I HIGHLY recommend her to all homes, whether it's light dusting or deep cleaning.

I had my first time cleaning today and came home to nothing in my master bedroom or master bathroom dusted. The counter in my master bathroom still had makeup and the sinks were still dirty. I came in my kitchen and living room and noticed my area rug under my kitchen table had been damaged from vacuuming and still had dog hair visible on my floors. I called to let them know and they offered to have someone come out tomorrow and fix it but after noticing my area rug was damaged I don’t want anyone back at my house. After I said I don’t want anyone back here, the customer service agent hung up on me. I’m very disappointed in their service. I would not recommend this company.

Ray did an excellent job cleaning my home. She was very helpful in explaining the services and took time to answer all my questions. I will definitely use Maid Pro and Ray again!

Since I moved into my home a year and a half ago, I have been wanting to get it professionally deep cleaned so that I wouldn't have to do it myself and because I knew if it was done professionally, it would be cleaned good and right. This is my second experience with a professional cleaning company that did not provide my entire home with a deep clean. When inquiring about this service, I specifically said I wanted a deep clean. However, I received a basic clean. The ladies did a great job, but I shouldn't pay $500.00 for something I do myself on a weekly basis. That type of cost should be for a deep clean, which I had the intentions of getting and was okay with paying. Also, the checklist they provided is different than the one I was provided originally because the one they checked as they were cleaning has less items. They also checked everything on the list, but did not do everything. When I have a service done, I make sure it's done correctly so that I know I am getting my money's worth. That is not the situation once again with a cleaning company. I am not happy about this overall experience. Especially since I am getting married next and wanted it deeped cleaned before people came over to see the house. Now I will have to find time and stress about deep cleaning it myself before my wedding.

I would say my experience today was much better than expected! My cleaning lady Summit was amazing, patient with details and extremely nice. I was able to explain what was needed and I’m a lot to deal with lol with my home so I’d say she handles chaos very very well. I will definitely be requesting Summit again to clean for me! Her company was enjoyable and cleaning was to my expectations.

When they missed a few things on my house, that I noticed, they sent another Pro to my house to get those spots free of charge. Amanda was prompt, professional, and extremely helpful. Amanda even found a few spots that the previous Pros had missed that I hadn't noticed and took care of them without being asked. Highly recommend both Maid pro and Amanda herself.
