Our family high recommends Davis Cleaning! We started with them almost seven years ago, with twice a month cleanings, after hearing an ad on 88.3 The Wind. We moved to weekly cleanings about two years ago, when we started fostering cats/dogs! Over the years we’ve had consistent cleaners, which is important to us, as my wife works from home and we have several pets. Both us, and our cleaner, know what to expect week to week. This is the only cleaning company we’ve ever used, and are glad we found them, years ago, on our first try!

We’ve been with Davis cleaning for about 6 years! I love how flexible they have been with scheduling as well as making sure we are beyond happy with our cleaning!

I was hopeful when I contacted a local family owned company that they would be passionate about their reputation in the area by providing quality service. This has indeed been the case. Every interaction I’ve had with someone from their company has been positive. Additionally, I have had the same cleaning person since I started with them and she does a great job. Highly recommend.

On November 11 Michele with Davis Cleaning was in my home for the first time. I was amazed when she finished in two hours when others take three and a half plus to clean it. I thought oh no! But to my surprise things looked awesome. Thank you Michele

Do not hire this company. I called them on 11/07/25 and they were able to get me scheduled for 11/11. The owner asked me a series of questions about the size of the home, whether there had been pets in the home, and the flooring. She then asked if I wanted to add window cleaning and baseboard/trim cleaning for an extra charge, which I paid for. I was also charged extra for "deep cleaning" as there had been a dog in the home. An employee showed up right on time and I walked through the home with her to make sure she didn't have any questions. She told me her coworker would arrive soon, and I left for work. After 8 hours we were told the coworker had never shown up and they would not be able to complete the work that day. Someone was to contact me the following day to arrange a time to finish the work. My credit card was charged when the employee arrived that morning. On follow-up, I was told by Heather Davis that the home was "more detailed" than expected and that I would need to pay for 2 more hours to have the work completed, which I will not do. This company sets a price, promises work will be done and then fails to follow through. Please get everything in writing if you book with them or better yet, book with an ethical company. These photos are the before photos just to show the condition of the home prior.

I chose this company because they have great reviews, but I don't understand why. $377 BEFORE A TIP for 5hours of cleaning and the dissatisfaction I have with thr cleaning doesn't add up. There are still spiderweb, a dirty tub and shower, dirty baseboards, and they dint vaccume the closets. My house is 1290 Sq ft. Expensive and not worth it for the lack of work done. They're coming back out tomorrow to fix what wasn't cleaned, but a good company should do it right thr 1st time.

Maid Pro was very efficient. The cleaners were polite, respectful and very good at their jobs. Definitely recommended.

I have to admit when they finished the house looked much better than before. My parents had to be moved from this house to an assisted living so there were things that they hadn't done. I didn't look at the house closely because I was meeting with contractors to do other work right after they left and buyers that had purchased some items for sell.
I filled out the MaidPro review they sent and gave them an 8 before I actually looked closely at their work and that was my bad and I'm sorry I didn't catch it earlier.
From the beginning I found out that one was the trainer and the other a trainee. The trainer kept asking me what was I selling since I said I was about to have an estate sell and garage sell. Then asked me about the car I was selling then told me that it was too high and I guess became an expert car dealer. All and all she was nice and good natured. The other was quiet and worked the entire time. I told them what they didn't need to touch certain pieces of furniture, because I was taking these things with me and they would be shipped out soon.
I also gave them one clear instruction. There was one door in the whole house that was closed, which was the room I was staying in until I leave and go back home. I asked them to stay out of that room.
I have a security camera that is dedicated to that room when I am not in it because of family heirlooms that I placed in there. Just in case someone goes into that room it will notify me immediately. The trainee went into that room once and the trainer opened the door twice. Not that anything thing was touched, but my instructions were easy to follow and were ignored.
After meeting with the other contractors, I started to noticing that there were cobwebs near the baseboards and then the baseboards weren't really done at all. My parents bathroom room was not done including dusting. I know that trainer told me that it would be to difficult to do the shower and we really needed to replace it. I ran my fingernail over some of the things that couldn't be cleaned and it came off. I was also told that the blinds in the kitchen was too bad that I needed to replace them, but that was before they even attempted to clean them. They most likely do, but not to attempt to clean them, is a little much. The front entrance was as dark as when they began.
The problem is with all of this is I paid for a "Deep Clean" and spent $270.00 for that service. There was no deep clean done except for the stove in which they did a good job.
At $45.00 per person, per hour to vacuum my house and clean a stove? And by the way. I paid extra for the deep cleaning of the stove. So if you came to do a basic clean of a house, which is what I got, this should have not even cost half of this. But to order a deep clean, because I'm selling the house, I didn't get my moneys worth.
For example, it was so bad that my living room mirror which is as tall as an adult and stretches along the entire length of my living room which is quit large, wasn't even touched.
I have run hotels for years and this is what my staff did on a daily basis for $11.00 an hour. Can I please get a phone call to explain to me what I actually paid for? Thank you
Just an update, they never called, never came by and never attempted to address the matter. My 2 on the review goes to one. And got another group to come in and did it right for half the price.

Absolutely terrible first time experience. I scheduled a deep clean of our new house for the day before we moved in. The house had been vacant for a week so it needed a little attention. I asked for a DEEP CLEAN and was assured that’s what I would get. If I hadn’t let the cleaners in, I wouldn’t have even known they were there. It looked like nothing had been done. Spend your money elsewhere.

I appreciated the dedication Ray had to making our house as clean as possible. She went above and beyond, and she took pride in her work. It is also nice when using MaidPro to have a centralized office/procedure for scheduling and paying.

The ladies that came in and cleaned my home were amazing!! They were very kind and they made me comfortable having them in my home. They were kind to all of my animals while cleaning. Brought treats for them and went the extra mile. I am so glad I found this company to help me with keeping my home clean!!

Called and received a quote and scheduled the first clean in less than 10 minutes. They made it very easy and did a great job on my house.

Ali and Savanna did a great job! They were sweet to our dogs and miraculously removed the hard water spots from our shower door! No one else ever attempted to do so.

Very poor quality of work. Wish I could post pictures. I had them clean the house we were moving out of so it would be ready for the new owners. Came to check on their work and discovered how poorly it was done. I tried to call them, but they were already closed. I had to scramble to get it ready in time for the new owners. I called them the next day and explained what happened. I also sent them pictures of their “work”. Baseboards were filthy....none of them had been touched. They didn’t even attempt to vacuum one of the rooms. The tile floor where they had “mopped” still had a big dried up spill of laundry detergent on it. All of these things were on their 49 point checklist! I specifically requested that they sweep out the garage, which they told me was no problem, and it wasn’t done either. I called them the following day to explain what happened, sent them pictures, and requested not a refund, but just a discount for their poor quality. They said they didn’t offer any discounts or refunds, only the opportunity to re clean. I explained if it was any other circumstance, I would have been more than happy to let them do that. However, because of the time crunch with closing on the house, I didn’t have the luxury to wait to call them the next day and see if they had time to come out immediately to work on it. I just had to get it done, so I did it myself. They said they would have the owner call me. I have not heard from him as promised. Price is way too high, and quality is way too poor. Spend your money elsewhere.

MaidPro cleaned my sons college apartment. They did an amazing job! They arrived during the scheduled time and were very thorough. He was so pleased and saw a drastic difference. Thank you!

I've used a lot of different cleaning companies for my property and MaidPro is by far the best! They are very thorough, leave detailed notes of what was completed and always inform me of what cannot be done due to circumstances outside of their control. Absolutely wonderful!!

MaidPro has been a saving grace! Daniele and Kelsey are ROCK STARS 🌟 I have recently come into some major medical issues and not able to do many tasks around my 3400 Sq foot home. In my search I came across MaidPro so I could have a clean and disinfected environment to heal in. I am blown away by the quality, care, and pride these ladies put in. Everything was cleaned from the top to the bottom. The relief this service has provided is truly priceless. I plan to make this a regular services because of the professionalism and quality was above and beyond my expectations!

Hired Maid Pro to clean an empty house. We had to have two different maids come out two different times. The first one was on her phone the majority of the time she was there. She didn’t clean the things that we agreed upon, when calling this company. They sent another maid out, and nothing was cleaned as it should’ve been. I called and complained, nothing was resolved. Then a bill for $234 was sent to my deceased grandfather. I don’t recommend using their services they claim to provide.
