The team cleaned my house superbly. They were friendly and very professional. One person is the team leader who checks up on the team members’ work, so you know it’s done really well without you having to say anything. My appliances looked like new and my bathrooms have never been cleaner!

The cleaning team was excellent. They were very quick and efficient and got more done (and cleaner) in a hour and a half than i could in a while days work by myself. Cindy seemed a little upset that they couldn’t quite get everything she wanted done done due to the excessive amount of pet hair, but my house hasn’t been this clean in a long time, so i am as happy as a puppy.

I've never used a cleaning service before, so I only have Penny's as reference. I just bought a house and called to get the house cleaned before I moved in. I called and Penny worked me in the next day. Her crew missed a few small things here and there, most of it was caught. I think they had a little trouble working around the carpet cleaning person. My fault for scheduling them both at the same time. Penny texted me to ask how it went, I told her about the missed areas and she sent her crew back out the following day to get it taken care of. Penny even came herself to clean because one of her crew members was sick. Penny is very responsive and does exactly what she says she will. You can tell she"s on point with her business and wants things done correctly. I wouldn't hesitate to use Penny's again for cleaning.

Penny’s Cleaning is great to work with! They are always on time and do a wonderful job! They are also super flexible if you need to reschedule or skip a cleaning. If there is a specific area we want focused on one week, they are willing to do that as well.

My Mom was OCD, who was unable to do her own cleaning and wouldn't let me clean for her- I wasn't good enough cleaner! Penny was so patient, so understanding, and allowed her to direct her and did so many extras, for my Mom. MY Mom was not an easy person to please, and because she was unable to do it herself, she would make any job for her almost intolerable. Thank You, Penny! you made my life ALOT easier and I knew Mom was well pleased as well!

I cannot say enough great things about Penny's cleaning and her staff. I Hired them because I was having a many visitors come in. They helped me get my home spotless! Then the hour everyone let and I was so stressed out (you all know the feeling). Chaos and my air conditioner broke----on 100 degree day. They jumped in, helped, cleaned...it was unbelievable. They were trustworthy, honest, professional. AND they handled me! If I could give them 100 stars I would. The ladies are amazing and they must have an incredible leader. Defiiuntely hire them! However, you can't take my time slot.....they are great.

Penny's Cleaning is the most professional cleaning service by far. First of all most cleaning services will take up an entire day but not with Penny's. A team comes into your home and cleans it all at one time. I am retired and i'm here when they come into clean. They are so nice and always ready to start. It doesn't feel like you have a company in your home cleaning all of your private things but instead your family pitching in to help They are friendly and always make you fill comfortable. Penny's team reminds me of my time in the military because of there way of working together as a team so that your house is super clean with no effort on your part. My house smelled SPECTACULAR when I got home! I hired them on a whim on Google after I got back from a long overseas vacation and just could not catch up with two dogs and a cat. I came home after they cleaned it up and it literally felt myself BREATHE for the first time since I got home and I am VERY VERY picky. Now I have them scheduled monthly! Very easy to communicate with as well.
