Very professional company. They installed my home geo thermal system and continue periodic maintenance. I love my geo system and would recommend it and Krueger to anyone looking for this type of service. I also use them for my work heat and air systems. They are always responsive to my calls.

Joshua Cearly got us through a really tough spot when our AC unit malfunctioned recently. He was prompt and professional and went beyond the call of duty to help. We were very pleased with his work.

To my knowledge, we've used Krueger twice; once to fix an issue with the air conditioning unit that a different company had caused/failed to fix, and now to fix an issue with our water heater. Both times Krueger quickly fixed the problem, with no real repeats. While I can't remember the name of the first Krueger repairman, he was amazing. Ryan H. was our second repairman for the water heater, and he was fantastic: very flexible (even willing to wait on me while I was out of the house for an hour or two), took his time to make sure the job got done right, and had a pleasant, friendly attitude all the while. Krueger really is an amazing company, and if any further problems come up, I will be quick to contact them again.

Ryan from Krueger Heating came and fixed my thermostat yesterday. Our thermostat was running in the heating and air conditioning mode and not stopping when it reached its target temperature. He was very courteous and professional. He analyzed the problem by looking up the thermostat's manual and set the programmed components. He tested all of the functions of the thermostat. He downloaded the operator's manual to my email address for future guidance and proper operation of the device. Now the thermostat runs until reaching the target temperature and then shuts off as it should. All of this was don in a very short amount of time. We are impressed with the quality of service the company gave us.

I have a geothermal/ground source heat system and my heat pump was flashing a red, high pressure signal, which was causing my air conditioner not to cool. Krueger came out and knew exactly what to do. Took care of my problem quickly and and my air conditioner has been cooling ever since. I have had them do work on my system before. They found a leak in my system and fixed it. They are always very personable, answer all of my questions and are professional. They take pride in their work. I highly recommend Krueger.

The installation was great and issues that popped up were analyzed and resolved to great satisfaction. Josh especially was fantastic in diagnosing and resolving concerns. The job was fantastic even though I had space restrictions.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Every member of staff I encountered, (overall 4-5) was so respectful and honest and friendly. Krueger will be my go to HVAC company for the foreseeable future. If you have any doubt about this company I can assure you they will treat you right.

The wind chill was literally in the negatives this morning and we woke up to no heat! Reid made it to our house in a matter of a couple hours. He fixed our heater in under 20 minutes and was very polite and cordial. We are so thankful for Reid!

We have our Spring and Fall maintenance yearly with Krueger. Josh found a possible issue possibly down the road, which we opted to fix today. Always grateful to not have to fix a problem later! Always a pleasure dealing with a company and employees that are great at what they do and are nice to deal with!

My furnace stopped working in negative degree weather. When I called to make an appointment the lady I spoke to was super nice and assured me they would squeeze me into their busy schedule. Joshua was my technician. He was able to diagnose the issue but did not have the part he needed to fix it, but came back after hours to fix it. After he finished fixing the issue he was not in a hurry to head home (was past 8pm at this point). He took his time to look for any more issues that could of been going on and took the time to explain how certain things worked on the furnace and some things I could do to help my furnace run better and prevent any further issues. Bless this man and this company for making me a priority and getting my furnace running the same day it went out!

JC came out on a Saturday morning and arrived during the timeslot given. He was very personable and very courteous. He analyzed our problem and got us up and going within 30 minutes. He is a definite asset to your company. And he showed us pictures of his daughters and they are beautiful. And I won't be miserable on a day that is supposed to be 90 degrees and for that my family is grateful. I hate the heat.

I am very pleased with the technician that check out my heating system. Reid was very polite and efficient in his work. It would be great if you send him the next time I need service.

I highly recommend this company, without reservations. I'm a disabled senior on a fixed income and my wife will be retiring soon. I had some savings that I could use to replace our heating and air that hadn't worked for some years. I wanted to purchase the most economic, cost effective system I could, to keep our utilities costs down, as we faced the reality of what would be our limited income in retirement. Their staff showed me ALL the high efficiency options that were available to us, BUT THEY ALSO EXPLAINED why the costliest, most high efficiency systems would not likely be the most economical systems we could choose. I would have been an easy target, and they easily could have sold us a system far more expensive than we really needed. Instead, we were able to choose a high quality system for much less, that in our home would only cost a few dollars more to operate each month. We saved thousands which we now can use on other badly needed repairs. We love our new Heating and cooling system. We plan to use them exclusively for all our Heating and cooling service needs in the future, and we recommend that you call them when you need to replace your aging home comfort equipment. FIVE STARS DEFINITELY!

Krueger has serviced us for 20 years, since we moved into our home. They recently replaced our HVAC system. Everyone we have dealt with has been informative, patient, professional and pleasant. We have never had a problem because they are proactive in maintaining the system to function well. Highly recommend them!

While spending the summer in CO we learned our ground source heat pump was not working so I immediately called Krueger to set up service. They were not only extremely easy to work with, but also showed genuine concern for our problem and were happy to come at a time convenient for my neighbor to be there. They kept me informed about arrival time, what to do before his arrival and then he called me from the house to go over what he found. I needed a new thermostat and after discussing the pros and cons of what was available, they did not try to up sell me on one that was more sophisticated than what I needed. Since I was out of town, this was very comforting. Everyone I have had occasion to speak with or personally deal with have been professional, knowledgeable, punctual and exhibited an attitude of wanting to do their best. My initial reaction to the bill I received was to question the charges as excessive, but I was not able to get an explanation.
When I made my frustration known, Rory Krueger himself called me. He was forthcoming and understanding.
He made no excuses and clarified the entire situation. I will be happy to use Krueger again.

My husband and I have used Krueger Heating Air Conditioning Geothermal for our geothermal system for about 5 years now. To say their service is dependable and consistent is an understatement. They set up our semi-annual maintenance services without me having to notify them. Reid has done an excellent job every time and is quite helpful to answer any questions and change filters. I am so satisfied to find a Geothermal company with their expertise that can help at all times.

I had the great pleasure of speaking with Krueger Mechanical regarding the replacement of the HVAC system at my parent’s home. Early on, Rory knew that this job was outside of their preferred service area. YET…he took the time to share detailed insights of OTHER contractor bids and help me to make a proper decision from afar in the best interest of my senior parents. I live in Colorado, and I’m always depending on the partners I can find locally. I was SOOOO impressed with the personal care I received from Krueger Mechanical. We couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received from Krueger. They’ve serviced our geothermal system in the past and this week quickly responded to repair our system after it stopped heating, during the freezing December temps. All their work has been done professionally, on time, and reasonably priced. Our service tech Reid was great.
