I was having an issue with my air conditioner at 4:35 pm on a Friday. I called the office and Rory came by to see what was wrong on his way home. Great customer service and great repair work. Air conditioner was working less than an hour after I called.

Krueger Heating & Air Conditioning responded in the same day and repaired a 26 year old air conditioner, which will allow us time to plan ahead financially to replace the HVAC system in the near future. Technician was kind, polite, knowledgeable. Given the unfortunate circumstances of dealing with an expensive repair, Krueger made the experience as educating and pleasant as possible. When it comes time to replace the HVAC system, we will be using Krueger!!!

I have waited for a year to get through the warranty period before posting my review. I couldn't be happier with the service and equipment in my home. Krueger put in a geothermal unit and Vladimir has serviced it regularly. He is professional and careful with my home. There couldn't be a better technician. Pam is always ready to help and Mindy promptly responds to my requests. Recently I had a faulty damper. Mindy quickly scheduled a serice call and Vladimir replaced it on warranty and took time to explain what the problem had been. I highly recommend them to anyone considering geothermal.

Josh Price was very professional and very polite both times he has been to my home. He came in December because we had no heat and today because we had no ac. He stayed and made sure the system was working properly and l really appreciate it. I have 4 dogs and one is obsest and 15 years old. The heat was really hard on them.
