What a great experience. I called in today and spoke with Walker. Such a pleasant, polite young man. Remembered my name throughout the whole conversation. Even when he realized that I was probably a wrong number, he went out of his way to give me some recommendations of companies that he thought could help me (including phone numbers!) Who does that these days? I would recommend this company wholly based on this conversation alone. Great work, Walker - tell your boss I think you deserve a raise... or a bonus... or a day off.

Signed up multiple times for for “annual automated plan” which was never actually set up so every single time we had to call to have them winterize and dewinterize the sprinkler system even though we were told we’d be on a schedule. Once we’d call they weren’t available to do it for weeks. This year- our unit had an issue that the technician never bothered to notify us about. Once we asked for them to come back to evaluate they admitted the issue had been found weeks ago and they failed to tell us and yet they couldn’t come out to fix it for another 4 weeks. Called to cancel the yearly plan due to poor experience and wasn’t even asked why we’d be cancelling. Will never use or recommend their services again and strongly encourage everyone to find a smaller local company that actually cares about customer experience.

Trimworks / Springgreen were great to work with. Professional,hard working, affordable. Complete yard grade, irrigation, and sod installation. Looks great and they follow up after to ensure it is done right.

We have had our water turned off twice now because they failed to submit water back flow reports. Don’t use this company.

I asked them to please not blow grass all over my car every time they mow our shopping center and the guy was very rude and got smart when I walked away. Not happy!

I do the pay for the whole year for weed and feed, bug control, and fall seed and aeration. My yard is always greener and fuller than my neighbors.
