They were quick to give an estimate but horrible on communication and follow up. 3 months later, still no work done. The integrity of this company should be questioned before hiring.

Trim Works always does such an amazing job cutting the grass and weed eating!! The lawn always looks so good when they are finished!

They recently inspected a irrigation system on a new home I was buying. They were very knowledgeable about the system even though it was not their brand. They will continue to do my service work.

I have sprinkler heads placed directly up against my house, watering my foundation. I have rusting stakes popping up all over my yard where my children would play. I have collapsing landscape beds with dying plants because no landscaping soil was placed, and not enough mulch to stand up to settling. I have eroding soil, sinking soil, an uneven yard, and sprinkler heads becoming exposed as the poor preparation of the yard is yielding the consequences. I have gaps in my sod placement. It’s been less than 3 months. Everything is going to have to be redone.

They just came to winterize my sprinkler system and left my backyard gate open so my dog could (and did) get out when let out. Had to run around the neighborhood for 15 minutes in a panic looking for the dog before finding her thankfully. No excuse to not shut a gate you had to open to do work

Very awesome work from these guys! I have had them airate and over seed, and also they take care of the mother-n-laws with fertilizer and weed control.

I called and asked if they were taking any new clients and was ensured that they were. Scheduled a visit to provide estimate on landscaping and lawn. John showed up on time and left stating he would get back with me with an estimate in a couple days. Its been weeks and not a word. I've even called their office a couple times and left messages. No return calls. I would stay away from a company like this and glad I did not pursue a relationship with them as this is a huge red flag for anyone.

Their sister company Spring-Green hasn't been much better, must of been trained by Trimworks.

They do the lawn service at my apartment complex and have absolutely no consideration for your property. I've complained about this before and they're supposed to knock and let us know when they're doing lawn service so we can move our vehicles. Instead, this is what we get.

This may be a great company, I’ll never know! I made 4 attempts to communicate , one by their website email system, 3 via phone, spoke with a real person twice. The estimator guy was to get back with me for installation of a new lawn irrigation system, never happened.
They are either either extremely disorganized or so busy they can’t keep up. If it’s the latter, it seems they don’t have enough respect for potential customers to level with them. Oh well, guess I’ll move on.

Talked to several different companies about an irrigation system had many bids, trim works came in not only with the best price but the best service as well, John came when he said he would, which is huge for me with my own busy schedule! He was extremely detailed and motivated to get the installation scheduled and completed and that’s exactly what trim works did! They installers that put in the system were so professional and friendly as well! I was so impressed with the installation and clean up I’ve switched my lawn service from true green to trim works! Great job guys thanks!

I have used Trimworks many times for work and my personal needs. Jon and his crew have always been on time and hard working. They offer so much from the mowing and irrigation, to in ground fencing. If you are looking for a great local, veteran owned company that will take care of your outdoor needs this is the place to call. Update: I referred Trimworks to a friend and they made me look like a rockstar. They went in an took care of the issue fast and at a very reasonable price! Thanks for all you do.

We just moved back to the area and purchased a home with an irrigation system. Received a letter from the city after owning the home one week saying a backflow report had not been received and we were at risk of water being shut off. Upon our realtor's recommendation, contacted Trimworks. They told me who to call with the city and had someone out the next working day. Report submitted to the city, but the system had a broken pipe and needed repair. Had another employee out the next day who worked tirelessly to fix it and make sure it was set appropriately before leaving. Friendly, respectful, and very reasonable.

The entire team at Trimworks has been lovely to work with! They installed a new irrigation system and have turned my yard I too someplace I enjoy spending time. The added bonus is that they actually put the stripes on when they mow each week, and they make sure the gate is secure before leaving.

For anything landscape, lawn, and irrigation these are the people. I had them install metal flowerbed edging, plant new plants, and replace my mulch. They were quick, efficient, and took the time to leave my lawn in way better shape than they found it. They are are the best in the area!

Trimworks did an irrigation and landscaping project on our 1/2 acre lot! We had many different watering cycles needed across flower & vegetable gardens and the lawn! We also had some water mitigation across the lot with a variety of elevations and they helped solve that as well! I will recommend them to my family and friends!!

We have had Trimworks for 8 years and cannot say enough good about them. When we had a leak in the system the owner and crew came out and fixed it. Workers always friendly and would recommend and have recommended this company to all.

Trimworks does an excellent job with maintaining our sprinkler system and takes great care of mowing our yard weekly. They choose to mow different directions each week which keeps the mowers from leaving tracks in the yard. Always friendly service and happy to accommodate simple requests. 3 years of servicing our yard and plan to keep using them!

Trim works has been fantastic to work with. They are always quick to get our sprinklers turned on and winterized. I would recommend them to anyone. Last time I called I talked with Justin and he was very helpful!
