We bought 14 burning bushes. Right away we had the sweetest woman show us where they were and help us with our purchase. Unfortunately I did not get her name. But she made our shopping experience easy and fun. Thank you Carson’s!

Fantastically helpful staff here. I wish there had been more time to explore the beautiful grounds, but I got easy to follow instructions on where to find the brambles and fruit trees. With an excellent selection of both, I found the perfect blackberry bramble. An extra thank you to Tyler ‘Two’ for helping pick out the apple tree for my dad’s birthday. Both plants look healthy, and have hardy root systems!

Out of 9 trees planted by Carson’s three years ago, only 4 are still alive. And, one is questionable. . We spent in excess of five grand. Service to sell and variety are at Carsons but most important is the quality to exist and thrive. Easy to sell a product that won’t live.

Luke was courteous and very knowledgeable about how we should water and care for our new hydrangea tree. Our new tree should be happy and healthy in its new home. Maybe we'll name the tree Luke if it's a male or Lucretia if it's female.

We had a very pleasant experience while we went at Carson’s Nurseries to buy a Maple Tree. The staff, including the cat, were very cordial. Aya has excellent customer service skills!! With her knowledge, she assisted us with what we were looking for from start to finish.

The plants are gorgeous and Barney was extremely polite, friendly, helpful and went out of her way to make buying experience quick and easy. She immediately asked if she could help me and she went far and beyond in customer service. Thanks Barney!

Aya was SO helpful and full of knowledge for both my mother and me. She listened to our needs, concerns and knows her plants. I would definitely ask for her assistance the next time we visit. Bill went above and beyond to help me pick out our whole house landscaping. I came with pictures and measurements and a rough idea and he gave me awesome recommendations that look fantastic. 5 star service from Bill.

Truck flying down Campbell with rocks flying out of the bed hit my car and several others. A little respect for the community would be great.

Nick and Luke were amazing. Nick helped me pick a great tree. He had a lot of knowledge. Luke did so much to prepare it for transport even though he was supposed to be off for the day.. Great service!

Beware of promises made if they aren’t in writing from this nursery! We purchased a $400 evergreen tree in April 2025 and were told by both the man who helped us pick it out and also the woman at the cash register that Carson’s would replace the tree with no problem if we had any issues in the first year.

This is not True! The tree died in September, despite our attempts to keep it well watered every day throughout the summer. When we called Carson’s, they said they only honor for the first 30 days unless you purchase an extended warranty. This is absolutely ridiculous service. A nursery should stand behind its trees. A tree should not die within the first 6 months if it is kept hydrated with appropriate sun and placement.

They have lots of flowers, and trees,and ery Knowledgeable, but Twice as high as their Competitors !!
We purchased the exact same plant the day before somewhere else,they were closed on Sunday when we went back,so went to Carson's,and due to time went ahead and had to pay double for their's.
I asked the Manager what's the difference, she told me they were year long Nursery, and pay more ?

Very helpful in helping me to choose the right materials and grass seed for my area and situation. I asked a lot of questions and they were very helpful. This is a good staff that cares and you’ll notice when you’re there. They’ve helped in the past with choosing trees and native flowers as well. Highly recommend!

I went into Carson’s after being turned away by On-Site a few miles up the road.
I had the square footage of an area that I needed to fill. Mandi was so prompt in telling me exactly what amount I needed. Carson’s employees are very welcoming and knowledgeable. All staff was very helpful in guiding me with all I needed for my project. I will for sure take all my nursery needs to Carson’s moving forward.

We just did our front landscaping and spent a lot of time and money at Carson's. Every experience we had through the process was awesome! They were super helpful every time. Definitely recommend!

Bailey helped me pick out the dwarf conifers that I wanted for my front flower bed and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I've never shopped here before, but I will definitely be buying my plants here from now on!

Recently purchased landscaping for our front yard. We received excellent service ,feedback, and ideas from our service rep, Alex G. We purchased a variety of 6 shrubs and have already planted them. They look very nice. We plan to purchase some river rock from Carson’s and hope to see Alex G. again while there. We will purchasing all of our landscaping materials, plants, shrubs and trees from now on. Rocky and Debbie G.

Aya is wonderful!! She was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable in helping us pick out trees that would work with our landscaping plans. She knows her trees!! I cannot say enough great things about her excellent customer service and positive attitude. I had a great experience at Carson’s because of her!
