Thank you Wickman's for delivering THE most beautiful arrangement for our daughters promotion! The actual arrangement of flowers was so much more than what we were expecting.. they are just lovely! We will be using you for all our flower needs!

Called several times and placed a work order for a landscaping quote. Waited 2 weeks for a call back and was told they couldn't find the work order. Put in a second work order and was told that I would be contacted in a couple days. Multiple calls and 2 work orders and no response. I will not be doing business with Wickmans. Poor customer service not only in response time but also on the phone.

I always appreciate the customer service at Wickman’s I have shopped there for years and years, I just have a few suggestions.. can you order some Swedish Ivys? I like to have those as houseplants, and some red lipstick plants as those are beautiful on my patio for next spring, both are easy care and maybe some Peperomia Obtusifolia baby rubber plants, I’ll be there next spring for an assortment of plants

I was having a hard time finding sod in the area due to the heat, and after calling around with no luck—including Wickman’s—I thought I was out of options. But just minutes after my call, Matty went above and beyond and called me back to say they could probably sell me a few pieces they had set aside for a landscaping job. This was a huge help, especially since I’m in town from out of state taking care of my parents. I really appreciated the extra effort and great customer service!

Went during Harvest Days and this place was beautiful! Lots of plants for sale here as well as decor items. Knowledgeable staff and expansive ground with lots to see

Awesome place with so many different plants. This was my grandmothers first time here. She was looking for a specific plant "wandering Jew" that we couldn't find anywhere else. I knew they would have it and they did!

Recently sent the Puppy Love floral arrangement to family members in Springfield and they loved it! Their dog loved it too! It was exactly as pictured and just adorable! Thank you Wickman Gardens for your high quality floral arrangements and service!

We have used Wickman’s Garden Flower Shop for years and years ! Always beautiful, healthy, long lasting arrangements! These were recent birthday flowers. Still look amazing a week later and one green piece even blooming little pink flowers! Have sent arrangements as gifts and have always been so gorgeous !

Last fall, we bought a Kwansan ornamental cherry tree. It was six weeks before they came out to plant it. The crew that planted it did a wonderful job! Very professional. This spring, needless to say we were getting a little anxious. It was late to leaf and bloom, but we looked it up and saw that that was normal for this type of cherry tree.

Our cherry tree is looking amazing.

What a wonderful experience. I don't know anything about plants, but told the nice ladies helping.me about the person I was buying for. They found them perfect plant for me and made it look really nice.

If you want to be ignored and never get a call or an email, feel free to call Your Choice Lawn Care. Terrible customer service and probably even worse lawn care.

Doesn’t use a blinker, playing on phone while driving, and trailer and truck break lights not working!

Not responsive, were not punctual nor did they notify us most of the time. Incessant backlog of other customers, yet they insisted they could deal with it. Evidently they could not, our lawn has barely improved.

They have given prompt and professional service. The owners clearly and truly value their customers. My lawn has never looked better.

I've never experienced worse customer service with a small business as I have with this one. I'm not sure how companies like this even stay in business. Whatever you do, do not pay for an entire season in advance, or you will be sorry. Unless you don't mind your phone calls and emails not being returned and weeds taking over your yard in the meantime.

****edit*** I spoke with Mike and he has agreed to fix the problem this season. Will happily go up to 4-5 stars after a few treatments.
