Store hours are not correct. They close at 4. Saw a review 4 months ago saying the same thing. U think they would bother changing their store hours online so customers don’t drive all the way to the store to be greeted by a worn out paper sign on the door saying their hours have recently changed.

Came in needing a part for my bathtub and had no idea what it was called- I was helped immediately and given the exact part I needed. I was able to fix my bathtub within minutes of returning home!

I've only been here once and even though they didn't have the part I needed, they called another place in town and found what I needed and sent me there. They went above what they needed to do to help me get my AC going again. Even though they didn't get the sale from me that day, I will go there for any other needs I may have.

Lots of items in stock, friendly people, but I can't possibly rate 5 stars for two reasons... 1) prices on some items are literally twice what you'd pay for the exact same item on Amazon. I am happy to pay 20-30% more than I'd pay online to have the item immediately, but paying 100% more is ridiculous, and 2) There is sometimes a long wait to have someone pull items from the warehouse. Last time I was there, it took nearly half an hour for someone to bring my items, and I was asked repeatedly "What items are you waiting for?"
