Great selection of milwaukee tools

Plumbing is not my forte so when I had to go from a 1/2 inch dielectric union on 1/2 inch copper down to three quarter inch pex, their suggestion was inexpensive and I was able to complete the plumbing on my bathtub in minutes. I think it's worthy of a five star review in this day and age when service is hard at most places. Thank you guys!

I am not a professional. I first showed up at the wrong place; a kind man graciously walked outside with me and showed me where I needed to go. The customer service in the plumbing supply section was excellent. If he was annoyed or amused by my ignorance, he had the decency to hide it. It was a much more positive experience than I've had at the Depot or similar places because of the personalized service I received.

It was my first time coming here and Henriik (likely spelled that wrong) was extremely helpful in getting me everything I needed. I highly appreciated the hot cocoa that was provided alongside the coffee and have told everybody I've talked to today about it.

Harry cooper has been able to help us out when we need electrical materials for any of our projects. Vanessa is always willing and able to help us get pricing so we can make sure we have a competitive edge on material prices for our customers.

Handy place. I sent my wife there and they wouldn't help her strap a shower down. I find that kinda ridiculous. So wife's headed back without it strapped. Other than that I'd gave 5 stars.

Great customer service! After a stressful morning discovering a leaky faucet, I couldn't have been more pleased with the efficiency of the staff. Not only did I get great advice on the best product for my situation, it was delivered promptly. They turned a bad morning into a delightful experience. Highly recommend!

The guys were so helpful and nice! John was dedicated to find the parts I needed to fix my leaky faucet. He spent probably 30-45 minutes searching for the exact part. I really appreciate their time and effort, even the man on the electrical side was helpful, and asked if I got what I needed on my way out. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future for any electrical/plumbing needs!

Been here 3 times, all 3 times I stood there for over 20 minutes and not been acknowledged and left . This has been over a period of years . I will not give another chance for our business.Bad customer service.

Like the place but for a do it yourself make sure you leave with right stuff to begin with. 5 trips to get stuff that could have been done right by second return . Staff member I was dealing with could have been more knowledgeable but I accept the fact we are all in a learning process. I would have went 5 star but at the end not so sure I got best deal .

I’ve been buying Plumbing, heating air conditioning and electrical supplies from Harry Cooper supply since 1986 very reliable company they’ve been in business for a very long time and they know how to treat their customers I normally can get in and out fairly quickly and if they don’t have it they can find it a very satisfied customer

Helpful folks work in Sales (walk up) here! I came in and wasn't sure of what I needed since I did not have much info other than a brand name. The service I got was tremendous, above and beyond my expectations so thank you so much! I regret not getting the guy's name but he'd only been working there 7 months; Doug Bull also was amazing when I was looking for a particular bit that proved elusive but we tried to find it! Highly recommend HCSCo, these guys are 👍 great!
