My faucet in shower didn’t come on because a part was broken inside. I called AARON & he sent JEFF out the next day. Jeff saved me money and time by fixing the inner part of the faucet. He tightened a loose toilet and unclogged a slow drain. Excellent service and I’m confident that this company and plumbers know what they are doing!

I hired Franco American to install three items with a home I recently purchased: 1.) replace water heater 2.) water softener and bypass the back hose bib 3.) gas line for a future gas cook stove.  I was given a package price for all three items.

The plumber that showed up is a jackleg.  He installed the water heater without issue.  When it came to the water softener he wanted to route the discharge out the HVAC drain line.  I explained to him this will freeze in the winter and put salt on my lawn resulting in dead grass.  He pretty much told me he's the plumber and knows what he's doing.  I ended up contacting the owner to get his plumber to install it per code.

Here is where the real trouble begins:  After the water softener and hose bib bypass is installed they had to leave for an emergency call.  I was told by the owner he subtracted the gas line out of the invoice and to contact him when I was ready for the install.  I contacted him prior to Thanksgiving and two other times.  I finally got him to nail down a date and time.  He was a no show - I took off work and waited all day.  I have been left without a kitchen stove for over two months (three holidays).  He has ghosted me and will not return my phone calls or text messages.

I ended up calling another plumber and he finds the bypass line laying on the crawlspace floor vs mounted to the joists.  Also, the back hose bib is extremely shoddy work and was never properly attached to the house.  The bib is not slopped properly causing freezing in the line.  There is also a terminated copper line with a shutoff valve instead of using a cap.  If I were to sell my home all of this would be a write up in a home inspection.

The gas line is 200 dollars he subtracted out of the package.  It's going to cost me 985 for another plumber to come in and do that.  It will also cost me about 250 to have the PEX mounted to the joists and install a new hose bib.  This company ended up costing me at least 1000 dollars and left me without a stove for months.

I recommend using someone else as Franco American has not completed the work they agreed to, did not do work to code, and "ghosted" causing great inconvenience for me.

Side note:  I did pay my bills when due, was never rude, and never demanding to these folks.

Aaron and Franco American have been our go to plumbers for several years now. Had a toilet installed a few months ago and could not be happier with the service received. I have called around and I always come back. Prompt and professional service. While happy with the toilet install not happy with the actual toilet. Do not recommend the box store brand that has green in the name.

Franco American is always my first choice for anything plumbing. My expansion tank was stuck on the pipe and leaking from the side of the diaphragm so it had to be replaced. I had the replacement tank already but didn’t have the tools to cut the old one off. They got it done in less than an hour. Thanks again Franco American!!

Jeff was great to work with! He showed up within 30 minutes of our call to help with clearing out standing water in our crawl space after we discovered our sump pump wasn't working. I recently had the pleasure of using Franco American Plumbing for a plumbing issue, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!
