Franco American Plumbing has done many jobs for us for many years now. They’re the only plumbing company that we’ve used since finding them. Each time we’ve needed them we met a different member of their work crew and each man was very pleasant, courteous and hard working. They really take pride in each job. They are very thorough and stay on the job til things are just right and the customer is satisfied. Their pricing is very fair. It’s so nice to be able to hire this company to come out and take some of the stress out of your life. Again, their people are great and they fix your plumbing problem for a fair price. We’ve hired them to do work at our home and office. It’s been a pleasure to do business with them. We highly recommend them. The lady that answers their phone is very pleasant and gets your questions answered quickly.

I would not trust them to work alone in your home. Hired them to fix water hot water pressure. I was at work came and let them in and left. Upon my return my back door was left unlocked. They did not clean up after themselves. Did not use shoe protection left mud tracks in my entry ways, and water under my kitchen sink. They said they would call me when done and did not get a call. Only 5 star I would leave is they broke the vanity faucet, (it was old) but they did replace it.

Work was communicated plainly, and thoroughly. Work was performed above and beyond expectations. Very pleased by my experience.

Needed about a day’s work on a gas line project. He scheduled/rescheduled initial visit 3 different times. Then finally came by. Sent an email quote for us to sign. We did. He set up appointment for service October 7th. We are still waiting. Having spent 43 years in the contractor world, my guess is, he bids larger jobs when slow, but takes the quick money makers if they call in and Ghosts any appointments he made.

I’m always impressed with Franco. They’re quick to help, fair on price, and the only plumbing company in town I fully trust. Most importantly, they stand by their work and will make things right if anything isn’t perfect. I’ve made the mistake of trying other plumbers in the past, but never again, Franco is the only one I’ll call.

I called Franco Plumbing on a Sunday about clogged pipes and water pressure issue. Since my house was built in 1959, I am very careful with which plumbing companies work on my partial galvanized/pvc plumbing. I trust this team! Aaron Franco came to my house the very next day and had the issue resolved quickly. We were initially pleased with the quote, a few hundred less than the next best. We waited weeks to source the part for the fix, which was fine. Then they brought the wrong part and the owner said they weren't going to fix the mistake and ordered the crew to drop the job. Didn't even call to apologize. Mistakes do happen but the response to the mistake is one of the most disprectful experiences I've had with a business. I would be wary. Sometimes you get what you pay for.

The 2 technicians that arrived were very polite, respectful and knowledgeable. The quote process was very thorough to locate the problem and the office was extremely quick to get us scheduled the next day. The quote came in at a reasonable price and the repair was done perfectly. It was great to work with a company that everyone was polite, the technicians didn't smell like an ash tray and thankfully they had long shirts that were tucked in. A++++++ FANTASTIC JOB

This company was contracted by my landlord to fix and eventually replace our water heater. The service was fast, the technicians were very friendly and helpful, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the communication and professionalism I received throughout the process. If I owned my house I would choose them for all my plumbing needs.
