I had a good experience scheduling the initial consultation and also during the visit. The technician took off his shoes as to not let mud on the floor and cleaned after himself.

He was able to find the problem after about 45 minutes of inspection, which he was unable to fix because I needed a tub repair person. Wrapping up took about 15 to 20 minutes. I paid for 1.5 of labor.

For future reference, please know that if you go over your hour for $125, it will roll over to 30 additional minutes as long as the technician is still in the house. This is probably standard, but I was unaware when I got the bill.

Overall I had a good experience, and would request the services again.

I had the BEST experience with a recent plumbing issue. The scheduling was easy and the receptionist was kind and helpful. The technician was professional and went above and beyond to figure out our issue, give me several options to fix it quickly, and even came in early before I had to be at work. Highly recommend for excellent, capable professionals and for very refreshing customer service!
