Very professional crew. They replaced the old fascia boards with new, wrapped with metal, and installed a new gutter system, all in a day. They cleaned up very well. I will definitely be contracting with them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality crew.

Timely and honest. Ross was very prompt in helping us and coming out to us same day. I had a high point which I couldn’t reach or feel comfortable getting to. He got his ladder out and helped us right away in getting my downspout and gutter fixed. He even came back the next morning to secure extra straps for our piece of mind. Got on roof to help look to see if I had another other damages too. Will call on him again!

From the moment he received the request, Ross has been super quick to respond and react. He was out the next day to do a cleanout and diagnose our issue. He gave us our options on how to address the issue and clear pricing for each possibility. When he ran late on another job, he called to let us know that. Let me start by saying, getting anybody to our location has ALWAYS been a problem! We’re 45 minutes from anything! They responded QUICKLY on Home Adviser, like within TWO minutes! From there it was refreshing, setting up an appointment was easy, we had both Email AND text confirmation, and at one day before, got a reminder! Then on the day of service, the tech gives you an ETA! They performed a thorough service on our fireplace, complete with scoping the flu, and snapshots within the fireplace and chimney report! We would recommend SureGlow stove and chimney if you need a service!
