Cameron was the technician who came out to inspect our chimney and provide a quote. Very professional, knowledgeable and expedient. SureGlow was able to reduce the cost of repair considerably and we’re looking forward to seeing the final result.

Ozark stove and chimney dba Sure glow has done a great job. Started out as an inspection and clean of fireplace after home purchase and turned into a whole project. Existing flu was to small and fireplace was able to be used. Nathan gave me some options and Brian was great at explaining each item on quote. Office ladies Brooke and Ms. Nancy worked with me on scheduling and payment options. Garrett, David and Frank (install team) were very professional and were able to answer all my questions through the project. We installed a new wood insert super le with new flu piping and complete water proofing. Process was painless and I’m one very happy customer. RUN AWAY!! TRY ANOTHER COMPANY 🚫THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!! Wow 😮 we needed our chimney, sealed and damper replaced in the home that I purchased this summer June 2025. SureGlow was paind in full to supposedly ‘fix’ my damper and replace it with a new (faulty) damper. This was the beginning of July. They did not offer to start the fireplace to show me that it was working and like an idiot, I trusted their workmanship. Fast forward 5 months October 30, 2025, we open the new (faulty) damper and have a fire. Now the ‘new’ damper will not close and i contact the company to try and find out if there’s a warranty on their work & Ask if they can come out and look at the damper that is not working. I offered to send a video to them showing them it doesn’t work and I need someone to come help.
They sent me a YouTube video showing me how it’s supposed to close and when I tell them it is still not closing, They in turn blame me for it not working, saying I must’ve had a fire with the damper closed And that’ll be more charges. We did not do anything like that. i need to pay $250 for them to come look at their shady work and find ways to blame me for it before even seeing it.
DISHONESTY POLICE Beware choose another company. You’re just going to get RIPPED OFF with this one. they’re not cheap either And they obviously don’t stand by their work.

The fireplace repairs went perfectly. The technicians arrived on time and kept us posted on all aspects of the repair. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. We are very happy with the results and are happy to know we can safely use our fireplace again! Thanks guys!!

Communication and service was great. Chris came out and we got a plan, then the plan got adjusted (like all projects). Everything was explained well. Samuel and his crew did a great job demoing and rebuilding, they also explained everything and kept everything neat and tidy.

We’ve had some issues with our fireplace above the roof. Dale Lee was the representative. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went up on the roof and did an inspection, including a number of pictures so that he could show us and explain the issues. We also went outside and he pointed out some previous attempts to make repairs with what looked like white caulk and silicone. He also cleaned the fireplace inside and inspected it. He provided us with two estimates before leaving. We were extremely pleased with Dale.and Sure Glow.

We needed an area rug cleaned after our dog was sick. We tried to clean it ourselves with no success. We found this company. They said it would be around $60 which we thought was a fair price. Dropped it off on Monday and they said it would take about a week. BTW, they are located in a unique former neighborhood grocery store building a block west of the large water tower on south Glenstone. They called on Friday morning and said it was dry and ready for pickup. They only charged us $38! We think it looks better than new and smells great! Highly recommend!
