Tree reviews in Springfield, Missouri

We had a damaged tree that needed to be taken down. They arrived when expected and removed everything. Only thing left was the stump ( our choice) and the saw dust. They are working with a minimum of equipment at this point, but had no problem doing the work with what they have.
I've had a tree removed before, and this is the first time the company had a contract and online processes for billing and documenting payment. You can tell the owner has experience in the field.
I would and will use them again.

I had a great experience hiring this company to trim/prune a few large trees on my property. They did an amazing job making the trees look nice and getting them out of the way of the buildings and walkway. Charles seems like a solid dude who will tell you the truth.

With the recent unexpected winds and trees downed all over town (including our own), we were referred to First Call Tree Service by co-workers. We called quickly because part of our fallen tree was blocking the street. First Call was on it! The clean-up was done quickly and thoroughly and the guys were friendly, respectful of our property and very helpful to explain what we could do to prevent further damage to our tree! We were very impressed. Thank you for excellent service!

Fabulous Service!
Called this service late on Tuesday. He came out to give us an estimate on Wednesday. Gave us a great estimate, returned shortly thereafter with the needed equipment and quickly dispatched the huge dead limb that fell into our yard. Left everything exactly as we requested.
Will definitely be using this tree service again and will be referring our friends and neighbors to him as well.
Best ever!

I have used this company and have had Charles do a many of different jobs not only for me but also my family. He has done excellent, willing to travel for the correct pay, goes above and beyond. Charles at First Call Tree Service has now completed two projects for me at my home. If you are looking for someone that is super respectful, trustworthy and has integrity give him a call. He has cut down trees and done a lot of brush removal on my property. His pricing and service are the best in the business!

Awesome Service!!! I can't say enough good things about Charles and his team! Reasonable price, prompt service, great communication, excellent follow-up, and thorough cleanup! He even came back to finish the job even after he had been paid. I wish I could hire him for everything I need done at my house! I HIGHLY recommend this company!

I have had Trufast perform multiple tree removals for me and my family. Always fast, friendly, and do an excellent job. They are one of the best companies that I have ever dealt with. Thanks again for a job well done.

Reasonably priced and very friendly! Appreciated that they sent copy of liability insurance with estimate. Great work!

Due to rain we had to reschedule but they squeezed me in that same week and they showed up on time. They greeted me very professionally and friendly and then got straight to work. They let me ask questions about the shaping of my large tree and gave me their best advise and listened to my concerns before making any changes. They did more that I asked and worked quickly. As they worked, they all had good banter and I can tell they enjoy their jobs and their coworkers. Trufast must create a good work environment.

Truefast did a great job of cutting down our tree and grinding out the stump. They came within a day or two, were very professional and completed the job in a very satisfactory manner. We appreciate their service and will recommend them to friends.

I have used Trufast Tree Service several times to cut down a tree or two as well as trimming some trees. I have always been pleased with their work. They respond quickly to phone calls and have always come when they said they would. Would highly recommend them. They do a good job.

Trufast Tree Service removed an old, huge tree that could have taken out three homes during a bad storm. They removed it and there is no proof they were here. The tree area and 3 yards were cleaned up. Their staff were very professional and cautious as well.

We had a couple of dead trees near our house removed and the stumps ground down. They did a great job. The crew was professional and cleaned up the debris. They were also polite and made sure we were happy before they left. Prompt service from the first call, to the estimate, and the job. Thanks Kelsey, Luke, and the guys on the work crew.

The team was efficient and helpful. I had a few trees that needed trimming and another tree that was removed. I was very impressed by the quality; they cleaned my yard better than it was before, and even cleaned my gutters. I am very thankful to have a quality tree service team I can trust. Thank you team!

The crew did a great job of trimming my trees and bushes! Prompt service, friendly, and concern they had trimmed to my liking! They also did a great job of cleaning up! I highly recommend!

I have used Trufast on two occasions. The first time, they did excellent work, but had to send someone out after the work was done because they did not finish the work as requested. This week was the second time I used them. Again, they sent someone out a few days later to finish work that was not done as requested. I appreciate that they were willing to make it right each time, and the work that wasn't done was very minor. However, work not done is work not done and it is the small details that matter to me, especially considering the expense involved. Because of this, I would not use their services again.

Looking for a reputable company? Trufast is the one. I have had them and do work for me going on 4 times. Each time same fantastic service. They keep you informed of what they are doing. Polite, hard working and trustworthy. I would and have recommended them to people I know. It's scary trying to find a great company these days. You never know what you will end up with. Be assured Trufast is the right choice!

They were trimming a tree next door and I asked if they could trim mine ? The answer was YES ! Great job, cleaned up the mess quickly. Very polite employees 👏 Thank you!!!

Nothing but great things to say about these guys. Luke was quick to get back to me in an emergency situation to remove a tree from my house. From start to finish this took them under an hour. They deserve all of the business they get, and will use them again in the future

The men did a great job carefully cutting the huge broken limbs out of our Walnut tree hanging over our outbuilding. They did excellent work.
