Tree reviews in Springfield, Missouri

The guys did a wonderful job on our tree and the clean up was great too. Thank you for the great job.

The crew did a nice job. They all looked at the situation, talked about it together and paid attention to each other during the tree trimming. The trim trimming on the old tree (in excess of 60ft) was done in away to protect the health of the tree yet protect our home from a limb falling on our roof. The yard was left in nice condition. I would definitely recommend Trufast Tree Service!

We had Trufast come out to trim 2 trees for us a couple of months ago. We had a large oak trimmed in our backyard and a smaller maple trimmed in the front yard. Trufast did a great job, and they cleaned up well after the work was done, even hauling off a small amount of old wood for us in the process. In the process, there was a panel in our wood fence that was damaged and they replaced the panel without hesitation and without us even pointing it out. With the heavy wind and rain lately, we barely had any branches fall. Thank you guys, we will definitely use your services in the future when we need it!

This company is great! I needed some trees trimmed fast for the installation of line of sight wireless internet. They contacted me with a bid on Saturday, we arranged work for Monday, they completed the job as agreed on Monday with photos sent to confirm. Will do business again.

Sawyer and his crew took down a large weeping willow for me. I was very impressed with Sawyer and the time he took with the other 2 workers. He took time to explain procedure and asked questions to get their input. All 3 were very pleasant with a good personality. They quickly got to work and everything I requested was done and in a timely manner. The initial estimate included all I wanted and was the actual total due when finished. They also did a great job with clean up when finishing.

Prompt response, easy to deal with, good price, multiple tree trims and removal, excellent cleanup, good communication on all fronts. Most satisfied customer. Will use again. Second time we have used. Recommend!

The Trufast team came and secured a fallen limb before the storm hit last night since they couldn't do the full removal until today. They did a very professional job, then cleaned the yard so it looked better than before their work.

TruFast showed up on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I think it's especially important to support tree services who have certified arborists, which TruFast does.

Work was done on the date promised at the price quoted. The entire job was efficient, and cleanup was very neat. Workers were friendly and professional. Will use again!

Our trees look great, cleanup was great and the crew was friendly, conscientious and efficient. On top of that, they did what they said they would, when and for how much. Great job!

I had several trees trimmed and removed from my property. Several had power lines to deal with. My big walnut had to be taken down by climbing the tree. It was impressive to witness! This company did a great job!

Sawyer, did an excellent job trimming 2 of my maple trees. His expertise and customer service were outstanding. I will continue to use this company.

We had trufast cut down two trees and trim another. They did a fantastic job cutting them down and even trimming. The ground where the trees were looks great! The only issue we had was that they drug the trees through the opposite side of our yard and created a Huge divot we now need to fix. We knew there would be marks where the trees was. But this was on the opposite side of the driveway from where they cut the trees. They also drug them across our driveway and did not clean up any of the mess or markings the tree bark made We are hoping the marks will come off and are not scratched into our driveway.

Trufast did and Awesome job . Will definitely want to come back

Fantastic company with reasonable prices! We have used Trufast for multiple properties and the work has been exceptional and on time. Highly recommend you give them a call!

These guys showed up promptly on the day they were scheduled to work on a large black walnut tree in our back yard. They did an excellent job of trimming the tree. It had broken off at the top in the June storm. They cleaned up behind themselves. I felt the price was fair.

Great company to work with. The crew that came was prompt, efficient, and really nice. They did an excellent job with both the work and the cleanup. All the guys were friendly and took the time to listen and really take care of things. Will definitely recommend and work with them again!

The crew arrived early. They were very professional. They answered every question we had. They were very knowledgeable about the way the trees needed to be trimmed. They did an excellent job. The clean up was very good.

This was my second time getting an estimate from Trufast Tree Service LLC. Both times, they were a bit more expensive than the other guys, but this time were able to do the job sooner, which was important. Considering that, the price difference wasn’t that big a deal. The crew showed up promptly and did an excellent job in humid 95 degree heat with mosquitos buzzing. They topped my Bradford Pear tree which had never been maintained by previous owners. They also cleared brush and trees behind my back fence. The area had also never been maintained. It was an overgrown jungle mess and was intrusive on the fence. It looks wonderful back there now and the Bradford Pear tree is good for another 3 to 4 years. The guys removed all material and cleaned up nicely. They were courteous and professional. Would recommend. Would hire again.

Trufast has done significant work on the trees in my yard over many years. I appreciate how they have worked to keep trees alive and thriving. They do exactly what they say they will, and explain the processes, too. I appreciate and trust their work!

I have used Trufast twice in the past few months, and they did fine work. The first time they trimmed back a large tree and also cleared out its deadwood. The tree looks much better. The second time they cut down a maple tree that had seen damage during a wind storm. A fellow named Sawyer led both crews, and he's a great communicator who is happy to answer questions. Everyone on the crew was great, and they did superb cleanup after each job. Highly recommend!
