Very expensive to rent air conditioner. Service wasn't very cordial either. At least I didn't get the feeling they really appreciated my call. They did refer me to a their customer service representative, but I felt like that person wasn't taking my need too serious. I think they wanted a bigger client or bigger money.

Mandy who answers the phones was sweet and understanding when I called with a furnace problem. Ian the service tech was awesome!! He was punctual and explained everything thing he was doing. Along with answering questions we had and gave us a variety of options to choose from regarding our furnace. I highly recommend this company and we will continue to use them in the future!!

I had a great experience with Arch Air Service. I had called a different company because our air conditioner stopped working, but I never heard back. So I called Arch Air at 3:00 pm and they were able to get someone out that same day! He was able to fix the problem that same afternoon. Then we had an additional issue and the same repairman came out the next day again. Eric was very helpful and professional. He fixed our issue and looked into other issues that we were having and gave great recommendations. I would 100% recommend.

Eric from Arch Air was fabulous. He repaired ductwork, maintained and cleaned our air conditioner and explained our humidifier to us. We have never had one so he was so helpful. He is very knowledgeable and very quick to accomplish the tasks. We will use him again. He is the best HVAC person we have ever had.

I purchased a heating/cooling unit shortly after moving in to my “new” 118-year old home. Arch Air was efficient, helpful and reasonably priced. 9 months later, I had questions about changing the filter. They sent a guy named Andy who was patient, kind and knowledgeable. He allowed me to video him changing the filter so I can review how it is done if I forget again . I asked him a lot of questions and he patiently gave me all the information I had forgotten from the installation. I love this company!

We had a 28 year old central air system that was the original equipment to our home. While our system still works, we knew our luck was due to expire on it soon so we got a couple of bids. Ian came out, saw what we had and put a few great proposals together. We picked the system we were comfortable with and Arch Air had it professionally installed within a days of accepting their proposal. The installation crew was professional, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Arch Air. The service and price exceeded our expectations.

Eric was extremely helpful with my furnace. I had called to see if there was something that needed to be done due to some condensation on my exhaust. He fully explained the issue and there was no upselling of my issue, he was very forward with all my options I had that I could take. Not one time did if feel any pressure to move forward at that exact moment. Highly recommend using Arch Air!
