    Have used them last summer and twice this time around. Last year, they were supposed to cut my grass consistently and I was on a plan. Some days they’d show. Some days they wouldn’t. Not acceptable. Now the first time they came this year, they mowed and didn’t even completely finish cutting the grass. I complained and they came back and did the job correctly. The second time they came, they left my gate open when they left. My dog got out bc of their irresponsible actions! CLOSE GATES WHEN YOURE FINISHED!! DUH! So when I called to complain, they told me my gate was messed up. Umm no you’re not going to turn this on me. Narcissistic! Didn’t even apologize for my dog getting out. Wow! Usually I leave great reviews but wow terrible customer service to not even apologize!

    I called this company to come evaluate my drainage issues. The owner, Cody Hawthorne, suggested the placement of 2 french drains to keep the excess overflow of water when it rains, from washing my mulch and dirt out of my landscaping. I left for a short time and they were knee deep in the yard, and when I returned, I could not believe that they were finished! You could not even see where the trench was! They also caught a mole, and two squirrels that were terrorizing our yard! They will be doing all our lawn care from now on.
